California Harley Davidson booked an appointment for services for me today November 1st. I show up at 9am to a fenced off building and eviction notice. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago. CHD knowingly booked a FAKE service appointing wasting my time. No wonder you're out of business. PATHETIC.

Got stuck a while back and CHD picked me up and got me on my way sharpish! Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and made the experience less painful.
So when the service light came on for a brake flush, there was only one place to go. The bike was in out superfast and I was back on the road where we belong.
I live 65miles away, and I've been to a few Harley dealerships and I will ride out of my way to come here for service.

Recently purchased a "new" 2023 FLHX from Luis at California Harley Davidson with only 7 miles on the odometer. Got a decent trade-in amount for my 2006 FLHXI and a great deal on the FLHX. Luis was friendly, knowledgeable and professional...I never felt any pressure throughout the sales and negotiation process. Mark Ruffalo, the owner of California Harley Davidson, actually called me the next day to thank me for the purchase and asked me about my experience. It's unusual to have that kind of followup from a dealership owner in today's environment. Back in the day, Harley dealers were friendly with an "old school" approach that made you feel welcome and like family...Cal Harley still offers this experience. I've just recently purchased a 2023 Road Glide motorcycle from LA Harley approximately a week ago and I'm currently having a bad experience with the service department and it is unexceptable. I purchased some different handle bars at the time of purchase and it wasn't discussed with me about not being able to turn the ignition to accessorie with those type of bars, when you try to turn the ignition to accessorie the bars are so close that it won't turn all the way and the only way so i can listen to music.it's only when the ignition switch is in the on position. I spoke with the General Manager and he stated that I have to pay to have my original handle bars put back on when it was the technician whom fail to notice the problem and inform me of the this. After speaking with the General Manager today 6/21/2024 he stated the technician said they explained it to me before i took the bike off the lot which is TOTALLY A LIE and once I took the bike off the lot I acknowledge the problem. I think this is very bad business due to that none of this had anything to do with me and they never explained any of that situation with me, I'm paying to much money for this bike to have to deal with stuff like this, all I wanted was for them to just put my original bars back on. In the picture below it shows what I am upset about and if this was explained to me at the time of me picking it up I would have not taken the bike and requested to put the original bars back on instead I'm being inconvenience.

Amazing great service!
I dropped my Road King off to get an Oil Change and the trans and primary changed as well. They had the bike ready in about an hour and they were busy on Saturday! I even got a grab a hamburger at the grill they have going in the parking lot!
Moses at the service desk was great!
Absolutely top notch Harley dealership!!!
