We are in our 70's and all this technology is beyond us! My husband's simple Samsung phone became drenched in salt water as a huge wave covered the boat deck. It couldn't be charged, thought we had to buy a new one. The 3 gentlemen at the BOOST store in Lomita treated us so respectfully and repaired the charging port, saving us from buying a new phone which they could have told us we needed. They were honest and quick! What a blessing to find them for all our future phone techy needs (that grandkids can't fix! haha)

I am very happy with my new service at Boost. They have great customer service and really listened to what i needed. I got a great price on two phones with two lines for only $50/month. I recommend anyone to come here for their phone needs!

I recently got a line. purchased the sim card online. I wanted to add on, or top up some call it. I haven't been able to either via the phone or online. At any rate, I purchased an add or replenish card at Family dollar specifically for "Boostmobile" that did not work either. So, inside this store, at around 10:40 am, by the way, masks still required, there was one customer in. the employee in the back not visible. after 10 minutes he came out and finished helping the first customer. I then asked him to assist me either with the card i purchased and i wanted to add that money onto line or with a purchase for an add-on with him at the store. He checked and told me he could not find my number or acct. i explained to him, i had purchased it online. he looked at me puzzled and said "i can't help you, you are not on our system" I asked if he thought i was making it up, showing him the phone with number and the signal reading 'boostmobile' he said "you are not in, and i can't redeem that card purchased at family dollar or sell you an add on" When i then became confounded and asked him again, if he had any idea what was going on, he was still determined unhelpful or wanted to help. I mean how is it that my account does not exist if i just used the phone and run out of data? how is it he can't tell me what could be problem, or did not let me walk out of there empty handed, with me being the only customer in. Then Very coldly said 'dial 611' At this point i realized it was no use. He did not care! and I mean i am a new customer. i told him that. I was more puzzled because I noticed he had a 'tip jar' and saw the first customer dropped a buck in it. business is so bad they have tip jars like in restaurants, but would not take any extra steps to help?!! SMH!. One other thing i observed, he took money from the first guy and did not give him the receipt or activate it his acct. He told the customer "in 1 or 2 hours, if you want to come back then, and just leave your payment of 60 dollars, is up to you, but i won't give you receipt until you return"! what kind of shady business is that? The man did give him the 60 bucks plus the 1 dollar tip and left. I left as well, reminding myself not to come back there. The employee's name is Juan.
