I very much enjoyed my experience with these gentlemen. They were fare and reasonable in terms of pricing. They did not trying to upscale me on any unnecessary things. Blu communicated very well and the staff was more than professional. One of the best auto repair experiences I’ve ever had.

Excellent and hassle free service as usual. The team is always welcoming and friendly. They breakdown recommended repairs without pushing too hard to get them done asap, unless the issue may cause harm in the near future. I will continue taking my vehicles here.

I was very impressed with the service we received. I have been to many shops and recently found Blu automotive. The staff was amazing truly took time to explain what was going on with our car and what was needed. I have an 18-year-old Toyota Tacoma that hasn't been professionally maintained over the years of driving. I slowly lost power in the vehicle. I had a bad experience and didn't trust any mechanic, especially dealership service. Now, I am so happy because I feel like I'm driving a brand new truck. I actually noticed a big difference as soon as I start the engine after they fixed.
It's been a week now, and I've been driving around and testing my truck (their work) and checking underneath the truck to see what they have done . I am fully satisfied, and my trust in car mechanics has returned.

I've been here twice and both times I've had a great experience. The service advisors I've chatted with (Marvin, Brian, Dave) are very nice, knowledgeable, professional, and are willing to take the time to explain things. I really appreciate that. I went here for an oil change and it includes a 40 point inspection. For the inspection you get a great detailed report with picture of any issues found. Khalid does a great job of adding detail notes to the report which helps a lot to plan for any work that may be needed in the future. My oil change was completed with in the time frame promised and their were no issues during my visit. I feel the things of concern they pointed out were honest and valid. Their pricing is fair and accurate. I will definitely be back for my next car service. Thanks you Blu Staff! Side note their are two car places on this lot. Don't go in the wrong building like I did the first time.
