I brought my cat in to check if she was pregnant and get shots. We had previously found her on the street and had suspicions that she was carrying kittens or just got pregnant.
We went into the clinic and specified that we wanted to check and Dr Lee had offered getting her fixed. We wanted to help this cat through her pregnancy so When we had asked "Can you spay a pregnant cat?" Doctor Lee had said yes. He said it would be cheaper than doing the ultrasound too which we thought, okay this should be fine. We we under the impression we would still be able to keep her kittens in this procedure
We were then called an hour saying they terminated the pregnancy and removed 5 fetuses from her. They were going to charge us 150 dollars for that as well. So it was then we were told the cat cannot keep babies and also be fixed.
After discussing this "miscommunication" with Doctor Lee, he waived the fees to cover his mistake.
However I need it to be known that this man should have his vet license revoked. This massive miscommunication costed us 5 cats lives and has traumatized me and my partner. I've never seen ANY vet misunderstand that. We said we wanted to keep the kittens and he leaves it as a miscommunication?
Do not take your animals here. They also love to overcharge.

Be very careful when going to this vet. They will overcharge you 100% over retail for their products to help your pet. My dog had a fungal infection and the vet who was there the first time didn't have a clue about how to treat my dog's skin condition. He gave me medication that did not help my dog at all, and when I went back again with the same problem, this same vet gave me the same medicine! 10 days later I went back yet again with the same problem and another vet there recognized that it was fungal and gave me products, but charged me over retail 100%. I found the same products online that were much more affordable. If you go to these people for your vet needs, do not buy their products or prescription medication. Be smart and look for the products online (most can be found on Amazon or Chewy), and take your prescriptions to a pet pharmacy - most prescriptions can also be fulfilled at Chewy. This vet overcharges ridiculously on their pet food as well. Shameful. I recommend finding a vet that doesn't try to rip you off.

I have a neighborhood cat that comes around. He was at my doorstep in the rain with a bad paw. I made an appointment with Animal Clinic Western to see what was wrong with his paw and found out that one of his nail was torn out and had an infection. So the veterinarian performed surgery and spayed him. The paw healed nicely and he is not spraying everywhere like he was before. Since he's technically not my cat, I feel better knowing he is out there able to defend himself. The staff is excellent making sure my billing was appropriate and provided options on what I can afford. The staff and veterinarian are friendly and caring. They are my new go to vet office for my other animals.

Porfavor no traigan a sus perritos a esta oficina a ellos solo les importa tu dinero!!! No tus animalitos! Es el peor servicio que puedes tener Yo llame a la oficina y me contesto la recepcionista le dije que mi perrita tenia parvo y sus cachorros quisas también cual solo 3 se les veían síntomas. Ella me dijo traelos a todos lo mas probable es que también lo tengan, y me dijo que ellos tenían una vacuna que me daba 80% que era eficaz y reversava el parvo y que ellos eran lis únicos que la tenían entonces yo muy con mucha fe los lleve a todos. Primeramente llegamos y no revisaron a ninguno de los puppies llego mi hijo 30 minutos después con la mamá perrita a ella le pusieron suero y de inmediato cobraron down payment y mis datos de como se iva a pagar el resto y ya estando ahí para inyectar a mi perrita sale con un bill de casi 6,500 y ya solamente me da 50% de esperanza y me dise qué está muy grave y que es primera vez que van a usar la vacuna en ella cuando por teléfono me dava 80% entonces como me dise que es buenísima!!! después inyecta a mi perrita se retuerce y fallece en ese instante! Se la llevan para atrás me imagino que a tratar de revivirla tarda unos 7 minutos y yo escucho como las 2 muchachas asistentes se están riendo platicando y riendo como si no estuvieran tratando de revivirla eso me pareció insensible y poco ético y falta de respeto para mis 2 niñas y yo que llorábamos su partida sale a los minutos y me dise que avía fallecido cuando mis hijas y yo vimos que falleció al instante procede a inyectar a los demás perritos sin ni siquiera revisar oh acer testing para saber cuantos tenían parvo después me los entrega y me da 1 solo pomo de medicina para 7 cachorros cuando te esta cobrando por cada uno tratamiento y solo pastillas para dolor si me da para cada uno bueno.... Llego a mi casa y a las 2 horas se muere también un cachorro! Y me llaman 2 dias después que van a cobrar 1600$ por la perrita mamá que falleció por otros cobros extra esto es robar dinero a ojos vistos y me los querían cobrar en ese momento cuando quedamos que asta la siguiente semana que horror espero les sirva a otros clientes de aquí para que no les roben su dinero sin ni siquiera importarles sus mascotas!!!!

The vets at Animal Clinic West were very patient, kind and really wanted the best for my baby kitty. She had an abscess on her jaw and needed to get spayed, they did the surgeries at the same time and she came out perfect. She is very healthy now! Thank you to the entire staff for helping us during a very difficult time.

We brought our kitten, Dopie to have an abscess removed and a spay. They took the time to do what was best for her. They did an excellent job and she is very healthy, thank you to the vets and the entire staff for looking out for our baby! Excellent clinic.

I would like to think Mika great customer service I was upset because no one has gotten back to me for over a week and when this wonderful gentleman answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable and helped me calm down after being so aggravated for my PETS prescription. Thank you Mica

They killed my cat they don't know what they are doing. My cat needed a PU surgery and they did nothing correct i took my cat to another vet and they didn't know what they had done to him it was a horrible experience to go threw it looked like they just played with my baby they cut him up real bad and it looked like they just cut his poor penis in half. He wouldn't stop bleeding and they sent me home with no pain medication and they forgot to take the IV Catheter out! I took him immediately to and emergency hospital and the Emergency hospital suggested to put him down. Now I don't have my life companion because of them. Don't take your animals here ik it might seem cheap but its bc they don't know what they are doing. That man can't even talk they need to be shut down! Keep your animals away from here. I hope my poor cat forgives me for leaving him in these peoples hands! They just want your money they don't care for your animal!

Dr Choo, not sure if he is new at this clinic, likes to sequester patients preventing us from buying medication at other places, especially the internet, where we may find cheaper prices, very rude,, unprofessional and careless
