Justine when above and beyond to go inside and look to see if my cover to my fog light was inside the car wash because it had come off. She was in there for a little bit and when she came back out and she had it with her thank God! Thank you Justine for going above and beyond!

The attendant was incredibly nice and helpful. I had my dad’s truck washed yesterday and his van washed today. Both times, they were friendly, and the wash did a fantastic job. They even provided me with a towel to use. I won’t go anywhere else! They truly understand what customer service is all about.

Good technology but I paid for the titanium package and bug spray person didn’t do much, had to wash front of car when I got home. Besides that, it’s convenient and the process was quick.

This location didn’t turn off their top brush and messed my light bar off. At least the one on Lacey turns it off so they don’t damage my car. The manager tried to brush me off with the we aren’t responsible for it. Yeah ok we shall see.

Other places offer more for the same price. Car is left with water spots and soap they use doesn’t smell as good as the car wash I went to before. Vacuums are not all turned on and are weak.

I have the unlimited membership and loved coming here, however lately it seems like the quality of service is lower. The lady today bringing cars in was very rude, and both stalls that I pulled into didn’t have functioning vacuums. I hope the quality of things improve.

Been a member for a long time, I usually love it. Today, Friday, March 8, I came in at noon and the lady who waved me in just waved my car in and stood there. I've had over 100 washes here and they always have a sprayer where they spray the front of your car I'm assuming to clean off the bugs or whatever so this is the first time in my history that the person working wasn't spraying cars. I don't know if they were out of the solution or if she just didn't want to do it But it didn't make a great experience

Good facility to detail your vehicle inside and out. Just wish paying customers had easier access to restrooms when needed.

I was from out of town and I locked my keys and phone in my car. Staff was annoyed that I asked if I could borrow a phone to call a locksmith. They had me sit on the concrete directly in the sun in 105 degree weather for 2 hours while I waited on the locksmith. Very rude and judgmental people. Acted like I was a huge burden when I was obviously in a helpless situation.
