This was my first time using Walmart's pharmacy and like many others, I too was apprehensive about leaving my hometown drug store for one of the "big-chain" pharmacies like Walmart because of their competitive prices. However, Ron and the lady working with him Tuesday went out of their way to save me a great deal of money. Although they have a big chain name, this pharmacy still manages to keep the kindness and speed that one usually only finds in small town drug stores.

One of the ladies that works there was extremely RUDE and short with me. Very unprofessional and quick to shove me off and call up the next customer. When I asked a question all her response was “yup.” Worst experience I’ve had there.

Do not go to Walmart pharmacy after surgery for your Rx. My elderly mother had spinal fusion and her surgeon called in the Rx to Hanford Walmart pharmacy and that's when the trouble began. The pharmacist decided that she only needed 7 days of pain pills even though she had just undergone a major spinal fusion. They have decided that giving the impression they are fighting opioid abuse is best done by denying legitimate non-abusers their prescriptions, even if it's an elderly woman. I called the corporate office and received the standard smoke and mirrors excuses and a promise to provide more education to the pharmacy staff but when I asked the corporate hack if they had it to do over again would they do anything different and she said no. If you want a good experience with a knowledgable, compassionate pharmacist then go elsewhere.

I have trouble EVERYTIME they auto refill my prescriptions. They text to tell me my prescriptions are ready to pick up and the cost for both. When we get there, they have nothing for me. I asked them to check to see what they filled and they have no way to check the status. this has happened more than once. The clerk was rude and kept talking over me, wouldn't let me even finish a sentence. I find it unbelievable that they can't check their system for status. I am completely done with them. I only started using them because we are on Medicare now and they were the least expensive. Changing pharmacies tomorrow.

Called today to get a price quote for a prescription for my pet. They gave me two quotes--one generic and one name brand. The generic was not in stock. Happy with how helpful and friendly the service was. The only thing that would have been more helpful was if they could have checked stock at other local WalMart pharmacy for generic Rx.

Every single time I go to get medicine from here the workers are always rude! The two lady pharmacist are always nice when they give me a consultation. The male pharmacist wouldn't even acknowledge me just standing waiting for someone to help me he just kept looking at me. I dread going to this pharmacy. I'm sorry if you don't want to do your job find something else to do!

Consider calling before you go to pick up your prescription. Several times we've received the automated call that the prescription is ready to pick up.

This place is ridiculous. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get my prescriptions from them. I have had to call no less than 5 times a day to find anything out abouy my meds and what is going on. When they are ready and you go to the counter, you give them your info and they dont say a word. They just walk away and start doing something else, Not explaining the sent a dm to the pharmacists. There is zero accountability. Highly recommend CVS or Walgreens.

Any time you call the pharmacy no one will pick up the phone. For months this goes on. They have the upmost worst customer service I have ever experienced in 42 years of my life. One could only hope the corporate office does an undercover operation to clean house and get employees who actually want to earn their pay. A computer could sadly do a better job. God help us all.

Horrible customer service. Picked up wrong prescription, the one I needed they couldn't find so I asked for a refund the pharmacist oked the refund and I got to deal with the rude cashier like I was wasting her time. The only reason people come here because of the price.
