Employee Jenifer in the makeup department was the worst. At first, We asked if she could help us open the nail case and without even looking at us she just says "mhm" Ok. Fine. However when I went back because I forgot something, I heard someone asking for help in spanish, she rudely replied in a sarcastic condescending way "I dont know what you're saying. I dont speak spanish" like it offended her so badly? That's when I stepped in and helped translate, and the whole time she was scoffing and laughing to herself in a mocking way!! Horrible and completely racist.

I think this Walmart is good to go to early in the morning. My return went really well. But sometimes employees do not know where things are like J had to buy a certain type of Hershey chocolate that was a certain size and no employee could help me. I also was looking for a specific spice and the lady gave me the wrong one hence having to return things. I also once was looking for cups before Christmas that I could put sleeves on as cute gifts for a gift exchange and an employee sent me to the disposable cup section. If you can find it yourself then you a better off here.

My daughter is disabled and orders food to be picked up Twice i parked and called. No answer. I called to talk to supervisor. No answer. Finally twice I've had to go stand at their delivery door to be acknowledged. . Once my wait time was 30 min or more.

I love this Walmart. it seems the other reviews that are giving a one or two or three star must work for a competitor or something because this Walmart is top on my list and always will be. they are always friendly and it's well organized and always busy because They Are Good!!!

Saftey hazard, poor service everything is closed in here after 8pm they close almost every self checkout and have no cashiers which is managments fault but yet they start throwing boxes down before closing boxes stacked high enough to fall down and crush an old lady.

The worst customer service experience of my entire life was today at the Walmart auto center. I ordered tires last week from Walmart online that were due to be delivered to the Hanford Walmart on Monday. I scheduled to have my tires replaced on Wednesday. On Tuesday, I received notification that my tires were delayed. Naturally, I needed to know how long they would be. I called the auto center several times, and no one answered. Okay, so I contacted Walmart online customer service, and they told me there was some sort of mistake and that my tires were there at the Hanford Walmart. They told me to contact the auto center. Okay, I called several times, but they didn't answer. The next day, two hours before my appointment, I received a notification that it was canceled because they didn't have my tires. I called, and finally, I did get someone who told me I could "come down and check." I went down there, and they swore to me that they didn't have my tires and that Walmart customer service didn't know what they were talking about. So they went and checked in the back, and sure enough, they did have my tires after all. Well, one would think that this experience could be salvaged because I was still 30 minutes prior to when my appointment was to begin. Well, as it turns out, because they mistakenly thought my tires werent in yet, they mistakenly canceled my appointment. They said, "no problem", they'll put me on the walk-in list. I walked around Walmart for about an hour and realized I hadn't gotten any notifications. I walked out to the garage, and there was a line of cars, 4 open lanes, and one lane where one guy is standing there not actually doing anything mechanic-like. My car wasn't even in the line. I asked a passing mechanic how long before they got to my car and they said 7 hours. They expected me to wander around walmart for 7 hours without telling me because of their epic failures. I will never, ever go back to that Walmart again. They are literally the worst. I went to their online chat section and they apologized again and again, and I was like, "Stop interrupting, I'm not finished". If I could leave zero starts I would.

Always messy inside with things off racks. Need to clean up floors a bathroom. Cashiers are extremely slow and seem to leave lights off so they don't have to work.

Slow slow slow. The purpose of curbside is to skip lines and be "faster" been waiting in the parking spot for 35 mins for them to just bring our 2 things. Worst of all there's employees,at least 4, just outside standing around talking not doing anything instead of completing the orders. Curbside parking was packed with no ordered being sent out

I would rate this a negative star if it had the option. I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone. i Tried every department in hope of reaching someone. I got hung up on before i even spoke twice when even getting transferred to manager. The only department that answers is pharmacy with 1 minute each time i called but when asked to transfer they would transfer me to the same poor customer service number which never answered. Why is there a customer service number for Walmart if no-one is going to answer phones. I worked at Walmart before not this one thankfully but there was always someone by the phones, or someone who could answer at-least within 10 minutes if they were busy with customer but to get no answer is redicoulous. Management needs to fix themselves and there employees. And cant blame this on lack of workers because i applied to almost every department last month and was told there was no open positions when i have good military background so i dont understand this store

This morning my wife and I stopped in for a few things and found no check stand open. Only self check out. I had a six pack of beer and the sign at the register only said they would check ID. The associate came over and told me that I would have to go over to customer service (which of course there was a line). The associate there checked me out but since we had a bunch of bananas and she didn't have a scale, that I would have to go back to self check out. Left the bananas. I was super polite when I expressed my frustration. Her response blew me away. "If you don't like it, go shop at Save Mart or something." This store has a bad reputation and I can fully understand why. I won't be back!

Unbelievable. Not ONE check out was open. An employee told me that I HAD to use self checkout. I only did so because my daughter was with me and had items in my cart, otherwise I would have left my cart and walked out.

Ordered a solar camping shower and gel pack replacement for a portable toilet. Toilet Item package listed 6 and received a badly damaged package with 5 replacement bags. Both shower and toilet bags were packed inside another box for shipping. They want me to return the t-bags at a cost of almost $10.00 shipping. Item was a little over $12. Bad business. Will order straight from the maker on future items.
