Unfortunately I didn’t look at the store associates name, but on 02/02/2024 at 9:40 pm, lady who was helping me, didn’t accept my military ID as a proof of identity for FedEx package pick up.

I had requested a prescription transfer, but unfortunately, it took longer than the promised time frame, which was quite inconvenient. On top of that, I encountered a pharmacist who was less than friendly. It's disappointing when the service doesn't meet expectations, especially when it comes to something as important as medication. I hope Walgreens takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service.

Pharmacy service is horrible. No effort from staff. Long lines and careless customer service. Recommend getting you're prescriptions elsewhere. Such a shame with workforce these days. Im sure some try and some could care less to take care of customers and do their job.

Guy that's been working nights there for a while now lately is great, he's super friendly, has semi-funny little greetings or catch phrases. Never rude or makes me feel like I'm stealing since I go in so late..the stores always clean and buggies have been available because for a while they only had a couple and they had alarms on. I'm guessing to prevent the remainder of what they did have from disappearing. "Checks out.." I always return the buggy after I take my purchase to the car because I know if I worked there I would want everyone to do that and the employees seem to appreciate it. My experience shopping here is usually great when I'm there at night. No complaints today..thanks Walgreens!!

Crazy long wait times, they never answer the phone (especially in the afternoon), always out of medications. They are understaffed and look mad all the time.

Usually here in the late hours. The staff seem decent about their work environment as well just over hearing their conversations only because it's kind of dead by the time I'm there so it's all you hear. Never had a problem unless it's just cash register lagging up front but that's about it. The pharmacy hasn't given me any problem either. Thank you Walgreens.

If I could give the pharmacy less stars I would. Literally the worst pharmacy EVER!!!!!!!!Problems every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unprofessional, horrible and never a pleasant experience! Please, for the love of God… re-train your pharmacy staff!!!!

I can't give 0 stars otherwise I would. Josh was the most disrespectful customer service rep I've ever met. I hate to see how he talks to his mother. And Leon, the shift leader isn't any better. The foul language that is used in front of customers is ridiculous. I would say that they were intoxicated on the job by the way that they talk, but, that's giving them tooóooo much credit. What it really amounts to is that they just have horrible customer service skills.

I've been with them for over 6 years I know right lol . I take several medications. In one is a schedule 2 . Narcotic. That I have to take . my Dr call it in at 2:00 pm yesterday . In after calling the first time today at 11:20am I was told it will be ready this afternoon.I call back at 4:00 pm to see if it's ready. After being on hold at 4:17 pm I'm told there out of my medical in it won't be in tell Monday after 3:00pm . So with no time to call n try to get my Dr to send another prescription to different pharmacy .so at some point n time I will be at the emergency room . Explaining to them why my prescription wasn't filled. THANKS! Wallgreen's
