(READ IT AGAIN) I was here last night shopping no one was in the photo hut had to ask for help. One lady was visibly shaken I thought she was going to have a heart attack or pass out the way she looked.Another lady was just extremely annoyed with everything and everyone it just made her seem super rude. Then there was a third woman that seemed to be off in her own little world and acted like the costumer's didn't exist yet she didn't seem to really be doing anything.Then came check out the cashier was super friendly but not very professional and seemed more interested in chatting then anything. !All in all good place to stop and shop if you just need a few items but definitely not a go to shopping place for me and probably not most of you.

Long waits at pharmacy but guy helping me was nice. Said I would get my scripts transferred over from Save Mart but they had to be resubmitted on a Friday to the doctor and told it would he ready same day, but no text or call. But I get their super busy from Save Mart transfers. Just wish it went smoother.

They took over Save Mart prescriptions and seriously have ONE 1 Employee working. 10 people in line. Customers playing music on their phones in line so loud you can't hear the staff. To top it off the don't take anthem blue cross so I had to pay cash. The store is filthy. Trash on the floor. Dirty floors literally afraid to touch anything. This place is disgusting. Spoke to manager and hi got a pathetic sorry. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!!

I had to switch to Walgreens pharmacy and it is the worst place ever! The guy with the eyebrows is just a dumpster fire! They are so slow and rude it was a horrible mistake going to this place! It seems lik everyone there hate there jobs. I would highly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you can save yourself the problems

Absolutely the worst pharmacy we have ever had to deal with!Not only do they conveniently forgot to fill half your medications. They argue with you saying they never received them even after the Doctor talked to them personally about the missing medications needing to be filled!Good luck just relying on their posted hrs of operation or calling them to make sure they will be open at the times stated. I showed up at 6:30 pm only to get there and see a sign posted they closed at 4:30 mind you they also had a lunch break right only 2 hrs before that!!

Pharmacy is a joke. Terrible customer service and very long wait times for urgent medication! We were told to return in 15 to 30 minutes to pick up medication for a breathing machine and we came back in 40 minutes to ensure they had the time needed. BUT At the drive up window, we were then told we had to wait another 30 to 60 minutes!! We then go inside to wait and the Pharmacy staff are nowhere to be found because Everyone went on lunch at the same time? Just terrible all around. If you are in urgent need of your medications DO NOT go to Walgreens. They do not care.

Photo place is always a mess, every time I have ordered something and when I go into pick it up there is always an excuse of it not ready or the machine is broken like how about you don’t confirm it then and call to let your customer know it won’t be getting done.

Giving one star is being generous. The drive thru is the slowest. I have been sitting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and there was only three cars in front of me when I got here.

I went to get easter cards and gifts.They were out of cards and the photo shop seemed to be to be unmanned. Two girls did try to help after i asked, but no one seemed to know hiw to order gifts. My dog just died 3 wks ago and i wanted to get a special mug for my husband.. i was Finally able to pay after asking a few people. Wow, i dont Expect the service to be as good as precovid or whatever but I do deserve to get the product that I buy and feel assured that I will get it in a timely manner. Do not ever wanna shop there again I probably will.. Just wish i knew how people that own or manage these stores think we're going to put up with this s***Annnd, already sopped using pharmacy three years ago. PS YOU G CASHIER WAS NICE AND HELPED DIFFUSE THE SITUATION.

This pharmacy is not my number one choice because when I go and ask a question to the cashiers or any employee they "never know" or send me to another area and that person doesn't know either. It's also been really hard for me to get a at home covid test kit, I've had many friends throughout the day telling me they get a hold of those kits and when I go and ask right in that moment they look at each other and tell me there aren't any even though my friends get it minutes before me. I don't know what is they're problem but it's gotta get fixed.

The people in the pharmacy always act put out and annoyed when I ask them for help. The pharmacist wont even answer when you ask him something the pharm. Techs answer for him. So rude. The only reason I shop here is because its close to my house, and the sweet blonde lady who works in the front and wears all the silver is an angel.

A couple of years back I wrote a pretty bad review about the pharmacy here at Walgreens. Now I am back to tell you, it hasn't gotten any better. Although we had an appointment here, here we are an hour later because they don't actually have a system to handle that. You just get in the same line as everyone else. Do there computer systems work? No not really, it's just a massive exercise in frustration. The "entertaining" part is watching every person in line have some sort of issue that takes 10-15 min and I'm guessing a 50% success rate. I'm glad this is not my primary pharmacy anymore but sad I had to experience the "Walgreens" way again. If you looking for a consistently bad experience come to Walgreens today!

I shop here throughout the year. Odd and ends. I have used the Fed ex drop off numerous times. That's what I was doing today. I needed some tape to attach the shipping label and to close the box. I asked the person behind the photo desk for some tape, he told me that "we do not provide supplies.". Understandable, FedEx doesnt give them supplies because they are just Hub and drop off center. So I asked for tape that Walgreens uses, some masking tape. He replied again with the same answer. Visit was on 11/2/21 at 125pm. Guess I'll do my odds and ends/spurt of the moment shopping elsewhere. Is this store/company that upside down that they cannot spare any tape??

Terrible Pharmacy lines with even worse communication regarding Covid testing and appointments for shots. After waiting in the express pick up line for 27 min I was told the shot I made an appointment for was unavailable, I had specifically asked before getting in line if this was the same spot for the vaccinations. I love this particular store. It is very clean and organized. The employees are always great and i like the products.I took a friend to the drive thru pharmacy and i had never done that. I dont know why we waited so long but the Covid 19 vaccines perhaps. The man at the window was very polite and efficient. I still give this store 5 stars. ?
