Phone payment and ask about a new phone, instead of "how can I help you" I get "you can't park on the curbside pickup" I was sure I came for customer service. Not about my parking. Sad to say I get tried of this store. Any other Verizon all about helping , Fresno, Visalia, and so on. I just hope they can step it up with service.. not policing parking.

Needed to swap an older Galaxy phone to a newer model. I chose to have the entire phone cloned (29.99). Anna, the technician was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. But be wary. She signed me up for services I didn't want or need. Took 3 calls to get it straight, 2 months later. Then my wife asked about a password recovery, Anna said she could do it. BS. Exchanged info and said she'd help. Load of BS, she said she had hacker friends. No wonder I got charged ,$400 more than should.

So anybody who knows about Verizon knows that where they really shine is loyalty incentives.Verizon and Xfinity are both at the top of their game, and they both reward customers who have been with them for a significant amount of time.I have been with Verizon for 12 years, and they have cut my bill repeatedly and added services for free during the last 6 years or so.Literally everything is unlimited at this point. My calls and data, I have hotspots so other people can use my Wi-Fi for free, cheap Cloud storage, and Total Mobile Protection which almost ensures your phone will be replaced if it is damaged by anything other than water. When you walk into Verizon, they will promptly ask your name and tell you how many people are ahead of you.... So go in there ready to look around or play around on your phone. It won't take long, don't worry!Of course they are in the business of selling the newest phones, so if you have already paid off part of your current phone, expect them to suggest you update..... I just updated to a Google Pixel 7 pro and to be honest, I like it better than Apple and Samsung products. I haven't tried Motorola in a while. If I could give you a word of advice I would say to get on YouTube if possible and look up videos that relate to whatever problem you're having before you buy a new phone. There are lots of easy fixes available on YouTube. That being said, sometimes it is fun to try out the newest phone! Life is short! If you enjoy Android and Google, try the Pixel 7 Pro. The software is top of the line. If you are more into hardware, the Samsung 22 might be right for you... Especially one of the enhanced models. They sell speakers and cases and all sorts of accoutrement. Get yourself some good phone armor, maybe something like an OtterBox Defender or a Commuter. Get yourself a screen protector.Ask them to help you set up a situation where you can find your phone if it gets lost. This is the creme de la creme guys.....this ain't no cheap, slow, boring stuff. They always have the best stuff at this store.

I went in because I was having issues with my SIM card. I waited 45 minutes and no one helped me, while there are 3 employees standing around doing nothing and a line of people waiting. Ridiculous.

Thank you so much for the help clarifying my past account. I am pleased by the service I was given by Maria at this location. Thank you for the patients and care given to me. I was able to verify all of the bill/fees and payments that was charged.

I was having problems regarding people hearing me from my phone. Yes, we're actually a family that talks on the phone. Since my phone isnt necessarily the latest and greatest gadget, it works well and have been happy with it's performance. I didn't really want to invest in another phone if the problem could be solved. However, I had been doing research on different phone models and figured I was going to end up buying a new one. Much to my pleasant surprise, the Verizon technician looked thoroughly around the phone and found a sticky substance near the speaker. After I inspected it I remembered that I accidentally spilled some coffee on my phone and case. I thought I had cleaned the phone well, but, apparently I didn't wipe around the sides, including the speaker area. The technician used alcohol and a brush to clean the speaker and now my phone works again! I was so happy that I didn't have to fork over $700+ for a new phone when I didn't have to. I truly appreciated that I wasn't pressured to buy anything that I didn't need. Eventually, I more than likely I will buy another phone, but I want it to be on my terms. I highly recommend the Verizon store on Lacey Avenue. Everyone there is professional, friendly, courteous and honest.

Wonderful customer service! This store was able to fix an issue with my Verizon service that they didn’t even cause. They went above and beyond to help me out; I wish I had actually purchased my devices from this store, and will be doing so in the future. Obviously Verizon is Verizon, and the corporation likely does not care about reviews one way or another, but to the lovely employees who helped me out when I needed it, I would like to say thank you.

Fuck verizon on some real shit. Must be nice scamming people. Buying a phone for $800 from your customers, saying you will make the device payments and then not make them anymore because I switched services because you're too fucking expensive with outrageous charges and then send me a bill to pay the rest of the phone. Send me my old phone back then!? And mind you not telling the customer the "fine print." Fuck you.
