Curbside pickup/ make me feel unwelcome, sir you need to ... Really I'm here for service. Not you bs about parking. I came in for payment and ask about a new phone. But the why they this store .. I don't want their service at all. I'm not playing you bs games. To old for that bs. Maybe some day customer service mite happen. But not now. I have been waiting. Same bs. Why do I have to park far to get service.. really.. this store only dose this. Something has to change. Unhappy Verizon customer for many years.

I went in because I was having issues with my SIM card. I waited 45 minutes and no one helped me, while there are 3 employees standing around doing nothing and a line of people waiting. Ridiculous.

Fuck verizon on some real shit. Must be nice scamming people. Buying a phone for $800 from your customers, saying you will make the device payments and then not make them anymore because I switched services because you're too fucking expensive with outrageous charges and then send me a bill to pay the rest of the phone. Send me my old phone back then!? And mind you not telling the customer the "fine print." Fuck you.

Super rude employees. They have no idea what they are talking about. I just needed a wireless charger and they told me that my phone couldn't use one. ( bought one on amazon and of course it worked. I complained about this a few months ago and was specific about the worker who was rude to my wife and I. Her husband sent me death threats in my messages and I took my complaint down because he said he knew where I lived. Thinking back I realize that even if he retaliates that I'm in the right and that other people need to know how this place works.

This store does absolutely everything it can to not help it's customers! I have come in several times because my phone hasn't been working everytime they tell me they can't help and to call 611. My phone can't call 611 because it doesn't work! I upgraded to the latest phone and I still periodically have issues with reception especially here in Hanford. I come in to get help and they either tell me they can't help me without an appointment or to call Verizon for help. I don't understand why the store is even here if they can't help with anything in person except sales and even then they are sold out of everything and do everything off your phone in the Verizon app. Completely useless. I brought my old phone in once my new phone came in to trade it in and they said I can't do that only UPS can. I let them know we have a friend who never received their promotion because verizon claimed they never sent the phone thru UPS and we wanted to prevent that from happening to us. They said no. Now almost a month later we are in that same situation with 2 phones we're supposed to get $800 for each and they just asked me why I didn't just return it in the store this store is full of lazy lying people, every time I'm served by a different person and they can never help fix anything at all. I am extremely disappointed to the point where I am looking into returning this new phone, cancelling my service and asking for my old phone back so I can stick it in a kiosk at the mall to get $1 for it! I hate this store so much they caused me so much stress in the past couple months and they just laugh about it.

I understand there is a pandemic, but I don't see why I was gonna have to wait 30-40 minutes to buy a pair of AirPods because someone is on lunch. Either this location needs more employees or customers are not a priority.

Great help to get you to buy the new phone and all the accessories. Then they don't tell you how to go about activating your phone or let you know that you have to do that yourself.

Bad customer service. Does NOT want the best for their customers. Employees have no manners. Went in and was told a ridiculous amount (more than online) told the guy I was gonna check elsewhere and was told "oh okay". Lol he was a guy with a mustache and blackish hair didn't get to get his name. But never again coming to this Verizon. The one in Visalia is 100x better.

Service was okay, but only giving three stars because they used common sales techniques to make costs seem lower than reality. Not very transparent about upfront, one time costs. I was given a price quote that had a lot of details/notes hand written by the sales woman helping me. I didn't realize until later that the fine print in the quote print out specifically says handwritten notes aren't a legal part of the estimate. All the numbers she wrote on my quote were based on a number of assumptions that were unclear at the time, and not well explained. These were things I would have to accomplish later at home, or would kick in a month later. The things that would hopefully kick in later included the value of my trade in phone, enrolling in autopay/paperless billing, and a military discount. If Verizon later decided my trade in phone wasn't worth as much, my monthly bill would be much higher than the quote. You have to enroll in autopay on their website after you make an account, and that won't be included on your first bill. Autopay can't be on a credit card for some reason, so you can't get rewards points that way. It has to be an ACH transaction from your bank account. The saleswoman also wasn't sure if I would get a military discount because it wouldn't be reflected in my first monthly bill, and it was up to me to make sure Verizon was including that. It seemed strange to me that she didn't have the power to make that happen with certainty. As I was finishing up there were a few surprise things I had to pay for. We had spent all this time taking about the costs, and it wasn't until I was committed that I was told that the 120 dollars in tax weren't included in any of the costs we had been talking about. I would have to pay that right now. Also there was a 40 dollar activation fee per line. These things were only brought up after we had spent a long time talking about phone models, plans, and costs. I had been there for quite a while, and she sprung this on me as I was signing the final paperwork. Bottom line: you will get a quote, your actual monthly bill will be higher, and there will be surprise one time costs.

I came in to buy two phones, swap my current phone with a new phone, add a new line with the second new phone, swap my current phone with one of the tablets on my account, change data service for yet another tablet on my account, plus get new chargers and cases for the two new phones that came out today. My man Kevin NAILED IT! I was in and out in less than an hour, At one point, Kevin even explained to ME what I was trying to convey to HIM! I've been coming to this same Verizon for two or three years now I've always been happy with the service I received every visit. I never leave reviews, but "Kevin" really knocked it out of the park today. Well Done!

I have Verizon and the service is pretty good, what really bothers me is how my monthly bill changes every month. So I call my local store and am on hold for 22 minutes! I figure it would be easier to just show up which was extremely inconvenient. I arrive and my phone is still ringing and no one is answering so I show the staff how I am literally calling them on the phone and have been on hold for 22 minutes, someone finally comes out from the back room like I interrupted a lunch break - grumpy and pissy. Kevin was SO rude. Complete lack of customer service from this "team". When the conversation was over he literally just walked away from me. I said so, is that it? And he turns and said "yeah." And continued walking away from me. So much disrespect. Considering changing providers because of how poorly I was treated. Will never go to this location again.
