I ordered dinner for my family and I ,when we got home we were missing some of our order I tried calling but there was no answer we packed the food up and drove all the way back the person that was helping my husband was extremely rude he snatched the receipt out of my husband hand and made our missing items and tossed the bag on the counter. I don’t know who it was a worker or manager but she did apologize to my husband about our experience and for the rudeness of the employee. If I could give no stars I would and I will not go back to that Taco Bell again.

Just talk about those pretty good but the only thing I don't like we all know about how they make their food and that's one thing out there well if you're pescatarian not really a menu for you that you could see or really deal with don't tell you but most likely come out not that great when I find out about the app and what you can make your own dish that's way better but they needed to improve that service as well inside the store

If i could give it 0 stars i would.They always leave items out. Every single time I get home, I find out that im missing 2 or 3 items. Very innconvenient. I dont know who they have as a manager but they are not doing their job right. There was no one in line and it was NOT even BUSY and still they couldnt get my 4 burrito order right. Unbelievable. ?

Mr. Alberto is a polite and passionate manager. There was a mix up with my order and I ended up waiting a bit of time but he made things right quickly. I also witnessed him deal with a less than patient and rude customer with decorum and grace.

I think this place has gotten a bit better usually I don't write reviews. But previously a few months back my food was cold and sloppy. Recently today I got food. 4:45pm 11-28 The customer service girl at the window very nice. She had red hair in a manager and I'd hire her. But over all way better tempature and taste at this Taco Bell.

Hey. I would give this location not even single star. I am vegetarian. They always put meat in my food. They don’t even pay attention. After getting my food always wrong I always make sure with cashier if they made my food right. There is a girl at the drive thru. She is rude. No good customer service. Whenever I say to her please make sure my food doesn’t have meat. She always reply back with so much attitude. Don’t want to hear what I am saying. There is couple guys who works they are super awesome.Vegetarian options: Please train your staff how to make vegetarian food. Please they always put meat .

They suck on serving time. Don't expect them that have their orders together. Forget manners. Your not paying enough there to get great service. Do not mobile order. Drive thru is quicker. They want minimum wage to go up? It would totally be different if they were nice. Not worth the price even if price is free

Slow waiting too..... long. Maybe drive thru has priority before fine in. 2nd time this week both time waiting 15 mins to 25 mins for single item

Manager was rude and disrespectful. They need to be fired. Told me they didn't have food in stock that they did have and then closed breakfast at 10:45 because she didn't want to deal with making it anymore. If you're not going to stand by your standards then leave the company.
