The woman working here made me feel absolutely ashamed and humiliated. First I wanted chicken wings. She rudely said they were out of wings. So I asked for a chicken sandwich and fries. She said they were out of fries without even a "sorry" and spoke to me like I was an idiot. So I asked for a biscuit. She said "I can't hear you". So I spoke louder and pointed to the biscuit so I could communicate to her what I wanted even if she couldn't hear me. Then she accused me of being "disrespectful" because. . . what? I spoke a little louder and pointed to the biscuit? I tried to explain that I genuinely did not intend any disrespect and I was just trying to communicate to her in a way so she could understand because she said she couldn't hear me. Honestly, I thought the way she said "I can't hear you" was disrespectful, but I had the maturity to let it go, which this person obviously does not. She refused to listen to me, to understand my frustration and why I spoke louder and pointed at the biscuit. I have worked in stores myself and I was always taught to treat customers with respect, give them what they want, and make them happy, EVEN IF they are disrespectful to you. She could have said something like "Oh, I understand. OK, yes I did say I couldn't hear you. OK, so you wanted the biscuit then? OK" and be nice about it. But no, she chose to be angry and create drama instead. She yelled at me to take my "coffee" and leave. (I did get a "coffee" from a machine as well). This woman refused to forgive me when I sincerely apologized for my behavior. Maybe she thinks she's being big and powerful by not letting me have Krispy Krunchy Chicken to "punish" me for hurting her little feelings (unintentionally), but she is only hurting herself and the store's business. If i was the owner, I would fire her. I hope she is fired and not able to find another job, at least not one where she has to talk to members of the public. I don't know her name, but she wears glasses. And if she's reading this, I want to say: Why do you want to be an angry, hateful little person? You don't know how to forgive, you don't want to be fair to people, you don't care about the store losing customers (and losing $), you only care about yourself. Your behavior towards me was MUCH, MUCH, MUCH worse than my behavior towards you. I take back my apology to you. You don't deserve any kind of apology. You are not a person worth respecting.
