“I started with this place when it was Gilmore Mini Storage. I like some of the new accommodations the owners have added like on-line bill pay but I wish they would offer cash payments and the little discounts the old owners used to offer. I will say that their true diamond is Erica! She is the true reason why I have never left. She’s honest, friendly, and knows her stuff.”

“The people are friendly but the units are old. I've had my stuff here for awhile and when I open it I have to be careful, I've been greated by huge black windows, my stuff is very very dusty. Seriously going to have to just throw some things away.”

I had been calling for days speaking with other Reps that could not help and brushed me off with i will have a Manager call you, which no Manager has ever called me. I called again today to try to resolve my issue and Taijonee quickly resolved the issue with speed and kindness, she is great. I will refer my friends to storall/Hanford, Great job Taijonee.”
