Bought a cake from the bakery labeled “white cake with chocolate buttercream” but after singing happy birthday and cutting into the cake discovered they labeled it wrong and it was chocolate cake. I just served it anyways because what else was I supposed to do. But it’s very frustrating because I spend almost $30 on that cake thinking it was the cake the birthday person requested.
Additionally, I’ve had a few instances when I call asking about a product and they keep me on hold FOREVER. I usually end up hanging up.
Cashiers could seriously use some training on friendly customer service. Many of them are so cold and unwelcoming.

I visited Save Mart in Hanford on Friday Feb 16th 2024 shopped around and bought lots of produce however when I entered the grocery section I noticed several eyes on me. To make a long story short I do have money I don't and have never stole anything but I will not be coming back to this store again because your inexperienced employees don't know how do their jobs correctly. I don't appreciate being watched when I'm shopping. I'm a black woman of a particular age who likes to shop anywhere I can find a bargain but Savemart you dropped the ball and I ask that you speak with your employees and let know them know please not to be lurking around and acting ignorant. This is very disgusting behavior as far as I'm concern. I'm aresident up until last week had no problem with this store ,but I do now.

Birthday cake disaster!!! I went there for a unicorn cake. That's all my four-year-old granddaughter wanted. When picked it up, the cake slid apart . As time went on the cake looked like it was melting and sinking. Decorations were falling down, not even the colors and decor that I asked for. I called ahead of time to assure they did rosettas for mane. Instead looked like a bunch of messy waves. It looked like a low budget cake.

Hanford store posted they were open until 7pm Christmas Eve. At 6:30 they had doors locked, when I questioned it, the guy at the door and guy collecting cart had attitude about it. I get people wanting to get home to be with family for the holiday, but don't advertise you will be open and then stop letting people in 30 minutes early. Ended up going to Smart and Final, they also closed at 7pm and let people in until 7pm and everyone was pleasant and welcoming.
Customer service training definitely needs to be accomplished in Hanford store.
