Great place. Saved my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Screen went black on Saturday, shop over nighted the parts Monday afternoon and I had my phone back Wednesday night. The Tech even used another used screen on my phone to verify that my phone in fact had a bad screen before they order the expensive part for nothing. Also changed the battery while inside the seal phone. Great service, helpful technician and reasonable prices.

As someone else said, if you're out of options, go here. TL;DR - phone quote was different than in store. Fast service. Broken “Touch ID†when phone is returned. Took my iPhone 6s+ for a broken screen and new battery. Originally quoted my screen at $80 and the battery at $45, with an additional $20 off for doing both. Total of $105+ tax. When I went in the next day they said the screen was $100 and the battery was $50 dollars with the 20 off for both. $130 for both. So,already, I'm a little iffy about this place since they seem to make up prices on a whim. I go ahead and do it for a grand total of $130 plus tax. Service was fast (which is why I give two stars instead of one). My biggest issue is that after changing my screen and battery, the “Touch ID†doesn't work anymore. No more thumbprint to unlock. No more thumbprint to quickly download in the App Store. No more thumbprint for quickpay.

Worst customer service ever!! I had the worst experience with this place. I took my phone & my son's phone in to get our screens fixed yesterday afternoon. This guy said he would fix both our screens for $150. I gave him a $100 bill. They were only accepting cash at the time. He said come back in an hour to pick them up & pay the balance due which was $50. Well, I came back an hour later & no one was there. My husband & I waited 20 mins for someone to show up. Then a different guy shows up that works there & said my phones weren't ready because the guy that was fixing my phones got let go (fired) & my phones were still sitting on his desk with no screens. So I asked him when will I get my phones back? He said tomorrow. He honestly acted like it was my problem & not his. I was not leaving my phones & I insisted to get my phones back the same day. So he said he would ask his boss if he could stay late to get my phones done. We waited for an hour & half. Then he said you are going to have to come back tomorrow because I still have one phone ahead of you & it's giving me trouble. I knew if I left that we were going to get screwed over even more. We waited about 30 more mins. Then the guy says he would just give us our money back & put them back together. When he went into their system to give me my $100 refund. He said he didn't have any records of me paying $100. During this time he's playing phone tag with his boss on what to do. I told him to check his cameras so he can see I paid the other guy $100. He checked & came back & said I couldn't see anything because the fan was in the way. Then I told him then balance your register, he did that & it showed he was $5 short. By this time we've both figured out he's lying to us & they are taking our money. This went on for 30 more mins & he slips up by saying well the guy wrote it on the paper you signed that I paid $100. I'm thinking isn't that enough proof that I paid the $100 like I said??? To cut this long story short we ended up walking out with my phones intact & only $70 because he said there was $35 non-refundable fee. (Which he obviously can't count money) Which was never told to me earlier. They made out $30 for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. My screens are still broke & I'm out $30. It blows my mind of how people are so dishonest these days. I'm not happy at all with them. And it's not right what they did! 😡👎ðŸ½ðŸ‘ŽðŸ½ðŸ‘ŽðŸ½

First I was told that it was one day turn around - that they would be able to at least tell me the next day if they were able to convert my Samsung to my iPhone. I had to call the next day to find out and was told he was off, it was sitting on his desk and they weren't sure if it had been looked at but pretty sure considering it was slow last night, so he had left early. If I wanted to come see if I it was converted, I could. So I do. Then the story changed - he had been called away yesterday to another location to help there (why, wasn't my issue important enough?). He NEVER even looked at it. I paid the mandatory up front fee of $35 for it to sit on his desk.

Came in today to get my iphone 6 screen replaced, got it done fast and for a great price. The staff are excellent, they are very professional, I was a bit cautious coming here having read the reviews but my experience was great. I highly recommend them.
