I came to palm Plaza today to use the car wash today on 05/01/2024. When I drove into the wash it seemed to have a misconception because it turned red green red green so I backed up a little bit and then the dryer to the wash turned on and it did not wash my car. After this I walked into the store to speak to a cashier about what happened. When I explained this to the male cashier he right away had spoken over me and said that it was my fault it didn't work correctly that when it says STOP I have to STOP . Speaking to me in a very degrading way. I responded defensively that I did stop and then repeated what happened and showed him how the wash had charged me $50 dollars and another $12 dollars . I gave him the receipt and he said he would give me another wash and then proceeded to speak to me rudely in an annoyed tone as if I was a child explaining to me when the car wash says STOP TO STOP. This is when I got upset and told him I use this car wash all the time and I know how it works. He said "well if you can't see there's another car in there now and it's working fine" I replied "you don't have to talk to me like I'm stupid or be rude to me. He then proceed to laugh and say "wow" when he handed me the receipt . I asked him how do I use this for my credited wash. He proceeded to say " I don't know . You didn't want to let me explain how so you can figure it out yourself". I don't think I have ever had anyone in customer service speak to me in such a rude tone. I am 8 months pregnant and either way if I was being defensive there was no reason for him to be so rude and demeaning to me. It is his job to help his customers and he completely failed. I also have to add I stood there for a few minutes waiting for him to help me because he was talking to his co worker. If he doesn't want to work then maybe he shouldn't be working for this company. The workers name is Luis.

They have just about something for everyone. Their deli / kitchen offers a wide variety of meals. Using the kiosk is easy and you can customize your food orders with ease Their breakfast burritos are huge. The ready to go items like corn dogs, pizza pockets etc are convenient when you are in a rush. Lots of drink selections, chips etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I walk in to buy a can of Copenhagen. I walk up to the counter and see a young lady who works there telling the young man working the register that she's going on break. The young man says okay and turns to me and waits. I ask if I could have a can of Copenhagen, expiration in November, preferably. I've been chewing Copenhagen since 1980. The gal decides oh no I'm not going on break instead she intervenes to ask me, "are you buying the whole roll?" No, just the can. Well we're not going to open a roll of November unless you buy the whole roll (5 cans in a enclosed in plastic roll). I said I'm 61 years old and this is the first time in my life a store hasn't bent over backwards to give me fresh in order to make money and consummate the sale. "Well, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else." I said you just lost a customer and it would benefit you if you learned some customer service skills. This gal was hell bent on the war path, and had it out for me to the extent of forfeiting her own break. Why am I so special? That she had to go out of her way to spit in my corn flakes, so to speak, and ruin the nice day I was having?

Wonderful kitchen inside the Chevron. Order on a kiosk inside the convenience store, and your food is made from scratch as you watch. Very clean, extremely high quality ingredients, and phenomenally tasty burritos and tacos.

Was coming in here for a while to pick up stuff near the house but the attitude of the male staff worker has me going to food co and spending my money there now. Customer service and a good attitude will keepCustomers coming back but the young man behind the register should shave better customer service while at work.. good luck

OMG I CANT STAND THE CASH REGISTER LADY AT CHEVRON GAS STATION SHE'S ALL WAYS HITTING ON ME . EVERY TIME I STOP TO PUMP GAS I HAVE TO SAY I SHES GOING TO GET THIS D IF SHE DONT QUIT IT.

They have the best breakfast bowls. There is always people there ordering their lunch for the day, and the ladies work hard to get the food ready quickly.

Love this place!! One of my favorite places for breakfast burritos in Hanford. Great beer selection and they've really impressed with the updated wine selection and holiday presentation!
