Keller Ford has been a nightmare. I have never had worse customer service in my life. They sold me a warranty for my used truck that I cannot use. The warranty they sold me is not compatible with my type of car. It states in the warranty guidelines that my type of truck is excluded from coverage. But they still sold it to me. For one month straight they have ignored all my phone calls and emails. I've never been treated worse. Not even a single acknowledgment from them. Aside from money they took from me for selling me the warranty and now for the repairs I have to pay for. The time and stress this dealership has caused me. To simply ignore me. All my calls go to voicemail and all emails kept on read. Keller claims to "go the extra mile.. you'll be more than a customer." Lies!! You

There is a serious management issue. A successful business makes sure that the chain of command and issues are not only communicated but followed through.I brought in my 11 month Ford Explorer in for a routine oil change, a recall and because there was an issue with the vehicle. First off, it took SEVERAL days to arrange an appointment. I am curious why the receptionist sends me to voice mail often and how often they actually check messages. They asked me to bring it in at 8 am and took over 45 minutes to even speak to me. I had to CALL them at 12 and 1 and 2 because they still did not have the car diagnosis to tell me what was wrong with the car. My car sat there for hours not even being looked at. At 4:30 before they closed, I called again to find out if they even looked at the car to find out that the oil change was done and "nothing was wrong" with the engine. I took the car home, there is still something incredibly wrong with the engine. Several neighbors and friends have commented on the sound. I don't think the service dept EVEN drove the car. Also, 4 weeks later, no reply, no phone call, no follow up about the parts they said they "ordered" for the recall. I called to set up an appointment for them to actually look at the car this time. I have called 3 days in a row and left messages, NO REPLY. I finally called a different dealership.I am a pretty patient person, but this is ridiculous....a receptionists job is to answer the phone and set appointments, not send customers to voicemail. Why am I calling them several times to get an answer? Appointments are set at specific times to not waste people's time and spread out the work. And a Service department was created to actually LOOK at and fix cars. Someone needs to look into the work being done and the procedures put in place. I give this place SEVERAL thumbs down.

I called for my service. Was referred to their oil change center that they own. Even though I get coupons from Keller this service center does not honor. I was in there this week. They don't wear masks. I don't feel it is clean. I am over 65 and my husband has medical issues. When I expressed my concerns I felt disrespected. Because I was unhappy they didn't finish the job and didn't even tell me until I was leaving. When I got home I called to complain left a message and no one returned my call. I have always driven from Visalia and given a good reviews but Keller has now lost a customer for life

I had a really good experience with Keller Ford. Ordered the part and received it in 4 days, installed it today and perfect fit. I would use them again. By the way my local ford dealer want 100 % more on the same part.
