Keller Ford has always been great. When needing to arrange servicing on my Exploeres I prefer Dave Mendes. He is approachable, polite, friendly and reliable.

Dave at the Ford service shop is not professional, nor polite and won’t work to resolve your concerns. If you have a Ford don’t hesitate to take your vehicle elsewhere. I was a long term customer at Keller. Both dealerships. Over 10 vehicles. On this last truck, They have either not fixed my issues repeatedly, made things worse, or attempted to sabotage my front brakes.On this last issue, Just to make things clear. I had my regular oil change and “works” done by them in the beginning of summer. A few weeks later I noticed a rattling which got worse over time. After all my previous issues, I decided to go to another Ford service garage much further away. They let me know that my truck, with less than 60k and no brake work ever done, had no hardware on the passenger caliper. They also told me that these DO NOT loosen up from factory, let alone only 60k of wear. If I had continued to drive this way they would have failed, potentially at highway speed and killed me. This is not something that is missed by the tech only a few weeks earlier on a full vehicle inspection including tire rotation and brake pad wear. They said “someone had it out for you” I tried to work with them on more than 6 issues with my high end truck. I had to return many many times to get repaired again or done right. I have a literal list of all their misrepresentations and failures. i attempted to work with the GENERAL manager after the service manager failed and became confrontational. They failed as well. I have been waiting over 4 months for a call back on 2 unfinished repairs. Although I’d never take it back and I’m just eating the cost, I was waiting to see what they were going to do. The answer, nothing.It is so bad here that ford corporate offered me a complementary extended warranty due to the problems at John Keller. They don’t just offer 3k off free service.If you have people you love and love you, don’t trust Keller.This is only the tip of the iceberg. I have many other bad and probably illegal experiences with both Keller ford and crook lane.

Keller Ford has been a nightmare. I have never had worse customer service in my life. They sold me a warranty for my used truck that I cannot use. The warranty they sold me is not compatible with my type of car. It states in the warranty guidelines that my type of truck is excluded from coverage. But they still sold it to me. For one month straight they have ignored all my phone calls and emails. I’ve never been treated worse. Not even a single acknowledgment from them.Aside from money they took from me for selling me the warranty and now for the repairs I have to pay for.The time and stress this dealership has caused me. To simply ignore me. All my calls go to voicemail and all emails kept on read.Keller claims to “go the extra mile.. you’ll be more than a customer.” Lies!!

Worst experience ever in ford service dept with tanor and manager Lemont Harris, this man looked very professional but Almost every word that came out of lemont's mouth was a lie.We will never return nor buy a car there based on the bad experience we had there at Ford. I recommend staying away.

We took our truck to get it fix and after several weeks they couldn't fix it. We picked it up and paid for the oil change and diagnostics test. When we got home and went through the truck we noticed everything had been messed with. The one thing we noticed left inside was a crack pipe. After my husband spoke to the manager , the manager send him a letter supposedly stating they had noticed the pipe was there and they had called us to let us know which was a lie .

It was the most horrible experience I ever had, especially with the management and service manager Rodriguez in the Ford dealership, they had my car for almost 2 months and still couldn't fix it, and still charged me $140 and still didn't fix the problem, and because of that I will never take my car there again to the Ford dealership in Hanford California and I will warn all of my friends and family, this how they do business, and how they will charge you and still not fix the problem. This is so ridiculous and garbage how they can charge you and not fix the problem.......

Would never recommend buying or getting your car repaired by this dealership. Took my car in a week ago and also had many issues along with others who also received nearly no information except when they are asking for insane prices. I have a premium care warranty for many parts that were damaged but was told since another part that’s not under warranty was broken at the same time it and now it would not be covered in total. I’m looking at 4k in car repairs after I recently purchased the car 3 months ago. They’re here to take advantage of all the loopholes possible and genuinely don’t care about your situation or the financial burden they’re setting on you. As they find it comical and continuously take their time knowing I had to be back to work in a different state and then proceeded to push the finish date back. This has never been an issue at any other ford so I’m very disappointed at the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Especially from the service front desk lady who seemed to have no clue on anything she was doing and continuously transferred me to people who had nothing to do with the situation and couldn’t help me. Exited to get back to my main ford dealership as this was the worst experience I have ever had at a ford.

A straight scam when it comes to auto repair. The front desk lady definitely needs to be retrained if she continues to be employeed within the company.

Our family and I were very pleased with our experience at Keller Ford. I was more than excited to buy my first car as an 18 year old who just graduated college. Of course, the Mustang caught my eye. I live in Fresno and I went to dealerships in the area and was very disappointed by their customer service. I looked on Cargurus and saw the Ecoboost that best fit my budget and economic on gas here at Keller. We went, test drove it, next thing you know we were sitting down ready to purchase it. We worked with Jose G, who was very chill and worked with us greatly. He helped us get a great price and even helped us with the trade in of our other car. He was a very kind and respectful person who definitely deserves the business. Overall, I had a 100/10 experience and look forward to sending my business there. Thank you Keller Ford!

Arrived at 8 for drop off appointment. Didn’t hear from them until we called at 330 to see what the problem was and didn’t receive a call back until 430 about what the problem with the car was. They finally said it needed a new battery and sensor that would be about 1,000 oh and further more, they wouldn’t be able to do the work because they didn’t have enough technicians. So, they had our car ALL DAY, knowing they didn’t have the technicians to do the work AND didn’t even tell us when we dropped the car off or at any point during the day. So we paid the fee to diagnose the problem, talked to the manager who had no care about the problem and made no effort to make the situation better. We will never go here again.

Always bring my Ford car for my oil changes. Last oil change they said my rear shocks were leaking oil and recommend they get changed.I took the car to Ford dealership which say they were probably good. I didn't feel comfortable so I had an auto shop replace them. They said that the old shocks didn't look to be leaking oil.

Juan and Arwin at Keller Ford are outstanding! Fantastic communication and excellent service. I put down a deposit on a vehicle that was to arrive in about 3 weeks. This dealership is over 3 1/2 hours from my house and dealing with Juan and Arwin made the journey to purchase our new Bronco worthwhile. They both communicated with me frequently and made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable. I will gladly make the trip to see them for my next purchase. Thank you Juan and Arwin!

Wife and I went in around 10:30 to get a close look at a Maverick. No one was around, it was a ghost town. What was that about? I Still helped myself to look inside of the potential purchase. Preferably another dealership though. Bummed out vibes made us leave quickly…

Two weeks ago I bought a used car, the audio in the car has been very static and continues when when the radio is shut down. I tried to contacted the sales person via text and attempted the dealership where i was transferred to no one but attempted to leave a message. My third attempt I called him and he said he would call me back. I never got that call. Since I was going to be in the area I stopped by, of course he gave me some excuse as to why he didn't call me...and asked for my keys. He drove 10 parking spots over where he parked and no one check the car. When he came out he said there was nothing he can do cause we didn't purchase extra coverage. I don't know what extra coverage has to do with assisting your clients in understanding their car. All I wanted was someone that is supposed to know about the vehicle to tell me why the issue is happening and guide me to fixing it. I am very disappointed. This is my second car I have purchased here and now it will be my last.
