do not waste your time with this dealership.they advertise a price on their website to suck you into their lot, and then up the price with "accessories" on the vehicle, which they could have included on the website to begin with. the price on their website is not the price they are selling the vehicle at. they are doing bad business, false advertising, flat out scamming. omar the manager there is a crook. if you are out of town and traveling to hanford for a vehicle listed on their website, they will up the price of the vehicle by thousands of dollars once you get there. don't go.

They have on no less than 5 occasions been a disappointment to me in both sales as well as repair. They do great with oil changes. Perhaps it was my mistake trying to get them to fix something more complicated than an oil change. I will never go back there to buy a vehicle or to have them service anything.

Updating my review - Anthony from Hanford Chrysler reached out to me and he was able to get my parents and I taken care of. Anthony ordered the part, and it came in within 2 weeks. Yes, I would recommend HCDJ.

Stole my deposit for over a year. Apparently never ordered the part they required me to pay in advance for and then never called me if the part came in. Several attempts to call diverted me to call backs and on hold hang ups. Disputed with several in person and on call interventions with family members and was told a check that processes six to eight weeks would be sent to me. It never was sent. Threats to have congressman intervene didn't take action either. Over a year later, they call me out of the blue and say if I go in today, they'll reimburse money on the same card I purchased the part. I spent my time and gas to get my money back that took 5 mins I suspect they were being audited and they reached out 5 minutes!!! Versus the lie of processing it through accountants for six weeks. Be wary!

Hanford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram made my first time buying a car quick and painless. I had been car shopping for months and I finally settled on a Malibu at this dealership. Dom was a huge help with the entire process! (Thanks again Dom! )From the very beginning he was friendly, considerate and attentive to all of my needs and wants. The communication and transparency that I received at this dealership alone makes me want to recommend it to others. I did not feel rushed or pressured into getting a car I didn't want, as a matter of fact I got exactly what I wanted with a lower monthly payment than expected lol.They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of .

This service department had my 2014 Ram 1500 for 6 weeks to replace a lifetime transmission that went out. They price gouged every step of diagnosis, then returned it to me without the exhaust installed and the front bumper damaged. They refused to document my claim of them damaging it and have disputed my claim with corporate. They deserve ZERO stars.

Well this was an unfortunate venture. After searching multiple dealerships it appeared that this would be the one to find what I was looking for but they could not even set up an appointment time correctly. After sending emails on 8/03/2020 stating I would be there on Wednesday 8/05 between 9:00/9:30 it was confirmed. The internet rep then referred me to who I was to meet and stated it would be on Tuesday which was incorrect. After multiple phone calls to me on Tuesday from the assigned rep and someone else from either Selma or Hanford and messages left by the dealership saying that I had missed my appt I contacted them after my business that I was conducting. I told them that they had the day wrong and I was not to be there on Tuesday. They then sent an email confirming my change but it still stated that the date was still Tuesday at 9:30. SMH Then a message was sent in all Caps. Asking me what day I would like. I kindly told them I was moving on. This is an update (8/22/2020) from my past review above. I decided to give Hanford Jeep another shot as they had advertised a vehicle I was interested in again. I contacted them and in return I was contacted by a Ms. Natalie Vega and Ms Chelby Rangel. It was agreed upon (8/22) for me to meet with Ms Vega on Sunday @10:00 AM. I confirmed and agreed upon the date and time on Saturday the 22nd around 11:56 amIt was confirmed by Chelby on Saturday the 22nd by email around 5:10 pm And again it was confirmed by me to Natalie at 9:36 am on Sunday the 23rd from an email she sent at 6:56 am the same morning. I drove 42 - 45 minutes to Hanford and arrived by 9:35 to the dealership. Twenty five minutes before our agreed time. About 9:50 I stepped out of my vehicle I was greeted promptly and asked if I could be helped. I mentioned I was to meet Natalie at 10:00 to test drive a vehicle. Long story short. Natalie was not there at 10:00/10:05. I had already been there 35 minutes. They could not contact her but kept saying she was on her way. How they knew I do not know. I waited a few more minutes. And I do mean a few , and then left. As I was driving home my phone rang and it was Natalie leaving a message telling me she stopped for something to drink and that we should have made the appt at 10:15 or 10:30. I've got to laugh at that one and SMHThere's an old saying when you have a meeting or appt. if your 10 minutes early then your 5 minutes late. But I will have to thank them because of those two poor experiences I've had with Hanford Chrysler Dodge Jeep I moved on and found a vehicle at Gill in Madera and am very happy with it. I'm sure Hanford Chrysler Dodge Jeep are very good at selling vehicles. Just not making or keeping appts.

Natalie was great! She definitely made the sale easy for us! After a long day traveling and going to different dealership this was our last one. We weren't satisfied with other cars and salesmen. However Natalie made it easy and comfortable. She was respectful and very sweet and patient.My fiancé and I had tons of questions and she answered them for me too. Thanks for helping us with our purchase!

Well i should have read the reviews before I scheduled a routine maintenance appointment for my 2016 Ram 2500. I won't discuss the overpriced bill for the simpleservice that it required. Lesson learned, dealerships always overprice. However for the overpriced service you would think that they would at least provide a good service. My vehicle was recently detailed and the inside was spotless. Most repair shops And dealerships use paper mats to keep you car clean, not this dealership. I called to let them know that the service department went off road and dragged their muddy shoes in my truck. This was Friday and they told me I would get a call back Tuesday of the following week however here we are one week later and they can't even return a call or apologize for the bad service. I would agree with the other reviews, avoid this place. Overpriced, No professionalism, no customer service.

Service was horrible. They took my jeep for the day to replace a door part which I provided and oil change. No call no nothing. They closed and did not do any work. I was able to pick my jeep up from the sales side. Not recommended or trusted horrible communication.
