I never write reviews, let alone negative ones however, I was with this broker and my insurance for a little over 5 years. Very disappointed in the service that was provided when changes were needed to be made to my policy. I was charged over 500 dollars to add a new vehicle to my already existing policy and remove my old vehicle. As this was my first time doing this with an insurance, I was naive and believed that was accurate. Not even two hours later I was told this was way overpriced. Upon asking why I was charged what I was charged I was given the answer of, " because I can". I asked to cancel insurance and was told I could get a refund through the insurance company for what they received but the brokerage has a no refund policy. It has been over a month, and I am still trying to get this old policy cancelled as my insurance company informed me the lady at the brokerage did not file the cancellation correctly. They also informed of the over 500 dollar price I was charged, my insurance only received around 170, which is what I'm assuming it actually cost to switch cars. Therefore, I will only receive that as a refund. In addition, the insurance has fee's for cancelling so it is looking like the 170 I would be refunded will be covering those fees. Never again will I go through a brokerage like this. I would also never recommend anyone to this place as it seems they are not trustworthy, do not care about their customers and will take your money because "they can". If I could give 0 stars, I would.

DO NOT DO TAXES HERE!they overcharged me first of all and did them wrong, and then when I ask for my return print out which should have been Givin to me they charge me again!!! Place is a joke I will not file there again. I'm reporting them to BBB

bad business, over priced they dont have your best interest, go somewhere else, theyll charge you for everything. They lie untill your done Maria all of them, overpriced greedy people. they change prices too i noticed for different races.

Don't waste your time. They take your money and don't provide the service you paid for. Insurance was canceled after the first month when 6 months was paid for.

Don't bother wasting your time here!!!!! I paid to be covered for the entire year, but three months in, the DMV notified me I had no coverage. They literally just took my money .

After only a month they want to cut off the insurance after I paid them for 6 months in advance. Been trying to get ahold of them for two weeks. Finally, when I spoke to the lady she told me she would call me back after she figured out the reason of them cutting off my car insurance. Two weeks late.... Still haven't heard back from them. I've been calling back to back all day & I still can not get ahold of them. I live 45 mins from Hanford and it's a shame I'm going to have to drive all the way over there just to get a damn explanation.
