Very unprofessional.. Don't bother applying. Completely wasted my time ! They scheduled an interview screening with me just to have me waiting for 45 minutes for no one to show up . I called , sent emails , reached out to HR & their recruiting department.. still haven't heard anything. Very unprofessional & definitely wouldn't want to work for a company that can't even update me or respond to what has happened .

This place is so ghetto, I had made an appt to open a cd there because the interest was decent. Everyone in line looked homeless and some old lady was screaming in Spanish at the teller for 30 min. I turned around and ran.

There’s ONLY 1 ATM it’s always down or needs maintenance, you go inside and the tellers are too busy chit chatting to assist customers when there is a line. I’ve seen a lot of tellers come and go so that should say something. I switched banks and don’t regret it bank somewhere else! And they’re rates are always high!

I love Golden 1 been banking with them since 2013. It sad that the Hanford Branch has such bad reviews. Golden 1 is a really good bank(credit union) overall. They have great credit card rates compared to others in the market. If you are looking into getting a card check with Golden one first IF you bank with them.

For a combination of reasons, I do not recommend Golden 1 to anyone. First it took three trips and 4.5 hours to get the accounts open. They had to close the first accounts because they made a mistake. Then we had to return to open the new accounts. They were set up wrong and we had to return a third time.That was in April. In December we tried to use our ATM card for the first time only to find it had been cancelled. Another trip to the branch only to find out when they cancelled the first account, they also cancelled the second accounts ATM cards.While there I found out it is Golden 1’s policy to cancel any ATM cards used away from your home area. They quoted, “If you go to Pismo and try to use your card without telling us it will be automatically cancelled.”I asked what the home area comprised of, and they couldn’t tell me. Pismo is only an hour and a half from my house. So, the ATM cards are only good locally unless you call and tell them your every movement outside town? Really! No assistance. No phone call. Just cancel the card.I’m looking for a new bank.

Horrible experience while I was 8 months pregnant . The manager at this location added my father as a joint owner to my bank account instead of adding him To my Credit card as an authorized user. I had proof I had a wanted him only on my credit card & When I went to the location to resolve the issue they said they could not help because the manager was on vacation for 2 weeks & after she came back they said she had Covid. I went again a month later & they said the manager could not talk because she was busy & will call me the next day. I never received a call. This location never admitted their fault & I closed my bank account very unprofessional.

Worst bank in the Kings County area every time I go there is a line out the door with just two employees working the windows when they have 5 windows available I hate coming to this bank and besides the lines being out the door the employees are rude would have gave no stars if it was a choice

This branch does not meet the standards of the community. When Wells Fargo has a better rating you know there is an issue. This branch is one of the earliest closing credit unions in the tri-county area. It's a 40 minute drive to the next Golden 1 which is open later than this one.

Two weeks in a row I have gone to use the ATM and not able and the next shared branch so I do not have to pay fees is in Visalia. Going to ask they refund my fees

Slow doesn't even describe the service here. Not only do they made you wait outside in inclimate weather but there are never enough tellers for thr customer traffic.

Yes there is a wait sometimes and confidential information is heard by others due to the size of the branch. You can utilize your ID and bank card to eliminate saying you're info out loud. I've been a member for over 30 years and had outstanding service from all employee's weather at a tellers window or sitting down with a manager or loan officer. Most of my needs are met on-line direct deposit check deposit transfers or sending money to others etc. In the past with other banks none of them have even came close to the friendly and intelligent service I have had with this branch.

I dread Coming here to pay my auto loan. I have two other banks and I have Never seen a line more so slow. They usually only have two tellers and for some reason management never steps in. Can’t wait to pay off my car so that I never Have to come back here.
