If you buy a mattress you want get it for a month later the mattress es arent new look at the tag at the end of bed ive been waiting on my mattress that I sent back to get repaired for 7 weeks yesterday better to pay more this place no good they don't know what's going on.

I bought a bed frame & vanity and honestly I’ve just been disappointed because I was told 1 1/2 weeks then this turned to almost a month literally. And it seems like there’s a lack of communication. I had to called several times to get an ETA because I kept getting different dates. And time of delivery I had called the store to make sure it was the correct address and the girl I spoke to on the phone I don’t think passed the message to the delivery people because they showed up at my grandmas house smh. It was a whole thing. Also they forgot the stool that goes with the vanity I didn’t realize it until after they had left and I checked what I should’ve received. I just had high expectations and they were not met lol. I just wouldn’t recommend this place to a family member or friend.

I haven't had too much of an issue with this place as I shopped here before and the staff is nice and friendly, but upon ordering a dresser, it took almost a year for it to arrive for pickup and when I decided that almost a year was too long I asked for a cancellation and refund but was then met with a non-negotiable 36% restocking fee after waiting so long and checking in frequently. I was also told I'm lucky I'm getting a refund at all (even though I was the one waiting on the dresser for so long) Overall if you choose to shop here, just know that the owner of the establishment does not care for your time or needs, just your money.

My daughter was in NEED of a bed! Louis Navarro was very Friendly, Fast and Very Knowledgeable of his stock, delivery time frames, AND the financing details. He made the whole experience worry free for us and I was very impressed by his efficiency. He also made us feel comfortable with our purchase by showing us a model of what we were considering to buy and offered upgrades and other options!I will definitely consider this place for more of my family furniture needs. ?

We ordered a sectional and table , the sectional took more than a month to come in . And the table was built wrong by the workers, missing screws and they broke a chair they said would replace and is now month 2 with no chair . They have good furniture and prices but bad workers and service
