Horrible experience, sales person was not professional at all. He wanted to run my credit check right away when we are still talking about the car i want to buy. I didnt give my id to him and insist that do they have it on hand or can they order the car I want first before he can run my credit. He said that I have to give a little so they can give a little back to me. So i did with the middle finger and out the door to Clovis Toyota. Unto Clovis toyota the sales person listened to what i had to say about my needs and want in the vehicle. He brought out the two choice that they can get me that are expecting with the out the door price for the car and also asked me if I like it then we can procced onto the credit check, so we did and ill be getting my new car in 3 weeks at Clovis toyota.

Went in on January 26th to buy a Toyota Sienna. We had contacted them prior and they told us that they wouldn't have an issue. We were told we would need to come in to reserve the vehicle, go over financing options, and once it got there we would get a call and all we would have to do is pick up the vehicle. We "reserved" a blueprint blue sienna and put 3k down. We were told it would take 3-6 weeks for the car but it would likely come in much sooner. We borrowed a car from a family friend who needed it back within the month. February 11th rolls around and we contact them to ask them about the status. They told us they didn't know the status but they could give us a loaner car which we thought was extremely nice. I got a call later that day that they sold the blue van that we bought. We were told we could come sign for a silver one instead and they would let us have a loaner car. We did that the next day (we live over an hour away and have two small kids so it's not a fun drive). On March 1, 2022 they called my wife and told her they couldn't get the car and if we wanted a sienna we would have to explore different trims and options (all of which would be more expensive). On March 2nd, we were told to take their loaner car back to the dealership (another 2.5 hour round trip). It took them until May 7th to deliver a vehicle after selling the car we were promised multiple times, likely because we didn't agree to any of their add ons and bought the cheapest model vehicle without any of their bogus upcharges. They tried to back out of the deal multiple times. Would not put anything in email and insisted on phone calls. This was a horrible dealership. I've dealt with Clovis Toyota and Madera Toyota before. Both Clovis and Madera have always been honest and were very honest this time around when they said it would be a while before they would get a sienna. We believed Freeway Toyota of Hanford when they said they were amazing [probably spent 45 minutes telling us that] and that they could get us a Sienna in 3-6 weeks but likely much sooner. We found that they repeatedly breached the contract and promised us vehicles that they later sold to other people. At best they are woefully incompetent, at worst they are extreme bad faith dealers.

I'm currently here having my vehicle maintenance completed. The individual helping me (David Santos) told me it would take 2 hours. I have now been sitting here waiting OVER 3 HOURS and he NEVER came to inform me they were running behind schedule, etc. If they're backed up, let the car owner know this. Never coming here again.

Unfortunately, this dealership is on the naughty list for charging predatory markups on their vehicles. They continue to do so because customers are willing to pay extra for these vehicles. Any dealership that is willing to charge more than what the manufacturer suggests simply does not have the customer's best interest in mind. Vote with your money and do not spend your hard earned money at this dealership. There are dealerships out there that still sell at MSRP.

I had an awesome experience here at Freeway Toyota in Hanford! Steele and Jonathan made my experience easy. As a first time car buyer I couldn't have asked for anything else they took their time w me, answered my questions, and made the experience less nerve wrecking! I would highly recommend this place and these two gentlemen!

Wow!wow! Is the only way I can start this message. Today 04/21/22 came into the dealer to make a purchase on a hybrid Camry Xse. Tiffany was helpful giving us updates on the car and car info via email while I was at work. Tiffany stated it's a 1st come 1st serve on that Camry, so we headed out there. Once there Travis was the sales rep that started everything off. After credit app and credit approval we started talking numbers! A 37k Camry turned out to be 50k with bogus charges stating that the Camry had to have nitrogen tires, scotch guard for the interior, and a 2nd gps on it, and a 4K mark up. Camry wasn't even on the lot. Robbery is all i can say "Travis " implied that we had to take the extras and stated the mark up is due to used car sale prices on that car! Then we were presented with a paper saying that the black book car sales on that Camry was dealer asking price and would not budge.. dealer had to make money . Dealers make money no matter what unless the dealerships' don't have any cars to sell or service. Total BS.. Please Please don't buy from this dealer don't fall for the scam the have going on. The worst thing is, because hybrid cars are in high demand they want to justify the close to 13K mark up. Lastly, they didn't want to honor the 2.9% interest rate that we qualify for and that is clearly stated on their website. Total disappointment I will call corporate to file a complaint and call bbb. Hold off in purchasing a car from a dealership that justifies screwing people over.

This dealer is complete fraud!!! They lied to us for months. They say they don't have a Sienna XLE while as of right now on their website have 3. They just don't want to go ahead with the price they had promised because they can get more from someone else. They want to sell people their dealer program and all other mark ups when we didn't go for all that.

Another crooked dealership adding excessive markups to vehicles due to the supply chain issue. These prices do not reflect accurate values and will subside once the supply chain is restored. This is not ethical practice and lawsuits are already forming against these dealers for gouging working class people. Freeway Toyota should be ashamed. Way to make a few extra bucks temporarily and then ruin your reputation long term. Never shop here.

Tried to buy a new car, very unlucky had unprofessional sales Travis and Russell. Travis was rude and disrespectful. Russell was friendly but a liar. Told us car will be here next week, but when we reached financial manager, he said no way to be next week, he said it will be one month. Basically everyone told us different thing, not honest at all..

Do not drive from far away to buy a car here. Russell told us that he had a car that did not actually exist so we wasted half a day negotiating for a hypothetical car. Obviously these guys will tell you anything to get you in the door, with complete disregard about the time and expense of getting to Hanford. I would not recommend wasting your time with this unethical business. If they tell you they have a car, ask for them to text you a photo of the actual car and the actual vin number to prove that the car actually exists on their lot.

We worked with Russell to get our 4Runner and he was THE BEST! He was up front about all the details and worked with financial to get us the best deal possible! He didn’t make us feel pressured or guilty like most car salesmen do. Everyone we talked to at Freeway Toyota was so welcoming and friendly, it really made us feel at ease while buying a car! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went in yesterday not really looking to buy a car but to discuss the prices and how I could myself as a first time buyer get a car I'm young and only have a person in my life that can only teach me so much so as a first time buyer it could be overwhelming but Freeway Toyota has amazing people all around that can make it easier for you they walk you through everything I had Russell Coyne explaining every detail of the car I was looking into he was so enthusiastic and just with a great attitude where you just feel so welcomed. There's literally no catch on anything they'll always look out for you and your needs and what you can afford, they find a way to give you the best price and when it comes to financing Jose Beas is great at that he will make sure you get a good monthly payment and a great rate percentage that fits you best, without even mentioning how they lift so much off your shoulders when it comes to insurance Angelita Herrera went above and beyond as well to give me a great price quote and I went ahead and made the deal the three of them were just so great and assured me that I'll be well taken care of even when I'm out with the car. They exceeded my expectations and made my experience a great one so if you're a first time buyer I'd ask for all three of them because they will definitely take care of you even if you're not a first time buyer I think you'd love them as much as I did, also props to their manager Kevin for doing so great on the training for their employees because they really are amazing!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Russell at Freeway Toyota and let me tell you that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Seamless from end to end with no issues. I was in and out without having the headache of buying a car. Russell is an amazing salesman and will take care of any questions you have during the process.
