Shawn the manager to 5 Star Mini Storage is AMAZING! He is always professional in person and over the phone. He always goes out of his way to help and explain things to me. He has always greeted me with a smile. I can go on and on about his wonderful mannerism.

Five Star Mini Storage has the best prices in town. The manager, Shawn, is very helpful and was very nice in explaining my storage options. They have an easy online payment method too. I highly recommend this place!

I've been to other storage facilities , but at 5 star mini I was very impressed on how I was greeted by Shawn the on site manager. He answered all my questions, took me to see the unit (as he called it) while making me feel very comfortable and knowing my things are safe. Shawn showed me he's a kind person and understanding to my situation plus gave me great tips. Once I'm ready in May I will differently stored here. Thank you Shawn you're the best.As far as I know, if you pay your bill on time NO collection. And now you want to complain collection once you pay late. That is the way Credit Bureau works.

They had to walk us through the directions because Google maps is so far off we would have had to drive through a homeless tent camp and a trailer park. Luckily they knew where we needed to go right off 198 they are real and reasonable pricing with a new location!
