Make an appointment for the first appointment of the day and then tell me there's 2 other in front of me must wait an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours for a friend Ali mean why? Why even make an appointment period. Very poor management and customer service it's gone downhill lately.

The guy was easy to work with, even though I was frustrated so I appreciate that. He price matched oil changers prices also. Service was completed timely.

Brought my car in due to my service engine light being on so they ran a diagnostic on my car for a really fair price and got my car fixed within a few hours and they've got really great customer service and they are very informative on exactly what they are doing to your vehicle I will definitely be returning for future services on my vehicle

This place is awesome. They diagnosed the weird noise and fixed the problem. They were very quick and gave discounts on price even when I didn't qualify for credit card. Reasonable price. They did good work. Only reason for missing one star is I had to be out by 2:30 and they were only 10 minutes late but I was then late to pick up autistic child from bus. All in all a great place and will definitely be back.

9 months ago I had my break pads “replaced” on a car I just for the generous price of $570. I really just wanted new brakes due to the car being used and wasn’t sure how much remaining life was in them. Fast forward to now, I’m hearing squeaking and then grinding. After paying all that money, my breaks never got changed, so I decided to change my brakes my self. It’s been less than a year and my breaks were gone!. Absolutely can not recommend anyone I can’t trust to do a simple job and not scam you out of your money and not even touch your car.

We used to love this place. Not sure what happened there today, but I'm very disappointed with the service. Dropped off car at 9am for 10am appt. Car wasn't ready at 550pm. They close at 6pm. It was finally ready after 6pm. No contact from the store all day either. ?

Went in for an oil change and for new windshield wiper blades while there I asked if they could inspect my vehicle for any issues since I commute long distances to my place of work. A gentleman working at the counter attempted to tell me my vehicle had over $4,000 in including a supposed faulty and cracked serpentine belt…. A belt in which I had just had replaced a month earlier.. when I questioned some of the issues he stumbled and seemed unable to come up with reasons nor was he able to show me the supposed issues.I told the gentleman I was not interested in any of the work and only wanted the oil change and the windshield wiper blades replaced. When it came time to pay approximately 3 hours after dropping off my car I was helped by a woman this time, I paid my bill and I was then handed a $2,000 estimate for the work they were recommending me to do at a later time. They had only changed my oil and had not even replaced the windshield wiper blades like I had initially asked..Since then I have had my car looked at from two other places and to my surprise besides a faulty sensor there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car!I Will never go back to this establishment full of Scam artist apparently looking to take advantage of those they think are easy prey…

I do not trust this location and will not go back to Firestone. I paid up to $2000 in one month going to them to fix an oil leak. I had to return to a mechanic a month later. They told me I needed a be dip stick for my oil because it broke in half into the tank? It was not like that when I took it because I constantly checked my oil. They charged me $50. I looked at auto zone and they are only $10. Firestone upcharges. Who knows what it would have took out of my pockets if I just went to a trusted mechanic.

It took them two days to finish my oil change+tire rotation and they never called or explained why it was taking so long. Also they tried to sell me an air filter when I had just changed mine out. Don't be surprised if these guys try to pull a fast one on you if they assume you don't have much experience with cars.

First off, I will state the staff was professional throughout my interactions with them and I give them kudos for that. Everything I put beyond this point, do with it what you will. Imagine making an appointment for just an oil change, simple right? You do just that, make it for weeks ahead of time and the day finally arrives. You arrive 15 minutes prior and hand off your keys, and that's that. You now have some time to spare, so you browse around the shops, you grab a jamba juice smoothie, chill for a bit and decide you'll walk to Wal-Mart and think that by the time you go down the strip of stores, the oil change should be done right? Wrong. You kill 30 minutes in Wal-Mart just browsing. No updates on my car. Move on to Target, you spend about 20 minutes in there because you have a drive-up order you'll get later. You skip a few stores because you're not interested, you spend about 15 minutes in Old Navy, and another 20 at Marshall's, no update on my car. At this point you're at the end of the stores at PetSmart, so screw it, you spend 15 minutes in there looking at supplies for pets you don't have. You even make your way back to the jamba juice area and check out the GameStop, and browse for about 10 minutes, no update on my car. At this point you head back, about a hour and a half later, only to realize, your car is still sitting in the lot, waiting. Fast forward to 30 minutes to closing, you've received no updates, and it seems that the only way something got done was when you asked what the status of your car was 1.5 hours before they close. Long story short, I'm all for benefit of the doubt that they're busy and whatnot. However, based on previous reviews and my own experience now, there is definitely a disconnect somewhere, I visited this Firestone many times years ago, and I always left satisfied. If an oil change, a basic maintenance evolution, takes 3 hours to complete and I'm not told why it took that long, I will not spend anymore of my already pinched dollars here until something changes. For a company shy of their 100 year anniversary in 3 years, something needs to give. Please do better.
