man if I could give negative stars I would. went in TWO different occasions for Verizon FREE device promotion. HOWEVER RUSSEL CELLULAR DOES NOT HONOR VERIZON PROMOS. the girls will tell you FREE FREE FREE as a bold face LIE and tell you that “you should’ve known the promo” and then when you get the PDF you’re being charged monthly. then when I go in to return the device, I get charged 10% restock fee since the device isn’t defective, and no refund for activation or taxes. then months later you see that the line was never deactivated and you have been charged months for a line and service and device you don’t even use or have in your possession. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE OR RUSSEL CELLULAR ASSIST YOU WITH ANYTHING RELATED TO VERIZON. They do not represent or carry the same values as Verizon.

I did it! I got a new phone & after 20 years, I let go of that old data plan. Fingers crossed. I got the max w/ free Hulu, Disney+, ESPN & Apple Music. I got $800 for my phone. I paid extra $30 for them to help me set up my new phone. I finally got my discount back under my job classification, but be warned you have to have your Real ID (NSA) set up already. To activate my Disney was a snap, but my Hulu took some customer service via a 1-800 number & having access to a tablet or laptop. Thank goodness a Custer service rep was gracious enough to let me use a tablet on display. They had a special if I got 3 accessories I got 20% off, if I got 4 it's 25%. If you do it online, you get 25% no matter how much you buy. Wow, when did iPhone 14 cases etc get so expensive, but you can't find the Pro at Marshals they all gone. You can find ceramic screen protectors there to save a few dollars. So what I ended up getting was a Coach Case, a cover for the camera lenses & a super fast charge adapter that is suppose to charge my phone in 20 min or less. All together I spent $144 that day. I can't believe they charged me a Per line fee. I only have one line. They don't tell you that until later. Well I went from 64 memory to 256 so really I can't complain anymore on why my phone is not working properly. Very Helpful I don't Kno About Those leaving Nasty Comments I Went In The 2 Lady Employes Were Busy With Customers I knew What I Wanted So I didn't Bother To Look Around They Kindly Told Me They Would Be With Me In A Moment So I Sat Down In There Little Sofa Thing And When They Were Done Helping The Other Customers That Were There First Emily Helped Me I Got My Samsung S22+. She Was Kind And I Was In And Out There Was A Lady That Came After I Did And I Heard Emily Kindly State Hi Will Be With You In Just A Moment I'm Nosey Lol So I Notice That The Lady Had. A little Chip On Her Sholder Like She Is Not Use To Waiting Not Even 2 Minutes Later That Lady Customer Kept Smaking Her Lips Kept Thumping Her Feet My Point is She Was Rude And The Employes Were Still Kind And Profesional I Also Went Back And Bought Me. The Samsung Ear Buds And Watch And Waited For Emily To Help Me Because I Like How Professionalism And Im In And Out No. OH When I Whent For My Watch It Was Like 4 People Infront Of Me The Wait Time Was About 30 Minutes But I Didn't Mind.

I want to make this clear, Ariana (think I’m miss pronouncing her name) and Vanessa are hardworking associates who worked diligently with me and my issue. I purchased JBL earbuds around July 28thish. USPS kept forwarding the package instead of delivering it (base deliveries are hit or miss sometimes). Long story short, the package was returned to a warehouse on August 15th. Per USPS, someone must not have scanned my package at Verizon warehouse; however, they have confirmation it was delivered back. Now I return to Verizon the 28th of August, and they say we will send me out a new pair. They just needed to have possession of the item. On September 6th or so, I stop by to check on the arrival of the new order. No record of anything was done. The associate was put in a difficult spot because the company isn’t doing what it said. I hope others avoid this Verizon location and seek assistance from the various other locations less than a mile away.

If you like wasting time waiting and not being greeted this is the place to go waited 20 min and the worker didn't even bother looking or greeting us

pretty rude staff, didn’t greet us and gave us dirty looks… for no reason. definitely was not a vibe, left immediately because i felt uncomfortable of how silence it was.

Super quick and the Verizon workers were kind and friendly. They answered our questions and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable for not wanting to buy anything more than the phones and accessories we came for.

Very poorly trained staff. Got charged $150 for store assistance. We opened business line and after all they were not even business plan. We ended with personal plan which we didn’t want to. We contacted customer service 1800 number. They told us that the staff that opened are account didn’t know what they were doing.

Our experience here was so amazing. I was joining my husbands plan and moving from Sprint/T Mobile (which was such a hassle) so was already dreading another phone experience but the gal that helped us made it so easy and she was so friendly! She treated us like people and not just a commission or something. Highly recommend!
