“So far so good, I've haven't had any issues as far as customer service yet. Unlike the others cricket centers, those employees are a little immature when it comes to customer service the one next to smart and final is what I'm implying.”
“I had been trying to deal with our sales rep via email to deal with a stolen iPad for our company. He was on vacation and referred me to his supervisor. While contacting her, she responded once, and then went on vacation as well. Then when she got back, she emailed me once and went dark. After our rep got back from vacation I attempted to email him and was unresponsive.
At this point I decided to go ahead and visit a local store and I'm glad I did.
Emily was GREAT! She was able to help me with our stolen iPad, plus the purchase of 9 more iPads and a hot spot! She got everything taken care, I got my replacement iPad for the stolen one the following day, the 9 purchased iPads were there in 2. I couldn't of asked for a better rep to work with. I know if I have any trouble with our business account this is where I'm going. Thanks Emily, from the IT dept of Renewable Solar!”

“There was a guy there, which I didn’t ask for his name. I should of but anyways let me just say he stood there helping me out and putting my glass screen on my phone for me. He even brought out two boxes out of iPhone se cases for me to choose from. I was happy I had an option to pick something I like while he was working on updating. I had always been with metro but I’m glad I change carriers. He was real helpful in had all the answers to my questions..THANK YOU...”

1604 W Lacey Blvd, Hanford“So anybody who knows about Verizon knows that where they really shine is loyalty incentives.Verizon and Xfinity are both at the top of their game, and they both reward customers who have been with them for a significant amount of time.I have been with Verizon for 12 years, and they have cut my bill repeatedly and added services for free during the last 6 years or so.Literally everything is unlimited at this point. My calls and data, I have hotspots so other people can use my Wi-Fi for free, cheap Cloud storage, and Total Mobile Protection which almost ensures your phone will be replaced if it is damaged by anything other than water. When you walk into Verizon, they will promptly ask your name and tell you how many people are ahead of you.... So go in there ready to look around or play around on your phone. It won't take long, don't worry!Of course they are in the business of selling the newest phones, so if you have already paid off part of your current phone, expect them to suggest you update..... I just updated to a Google Pixel 7 pro and to be honest, I like it better than Apple and Samsung products. I haven't tried Motorola in a while. If I could give you a word of advice I would say to get on YouTube if possible and look up videos that relate to whatever problem you're having before you buy a new phone. There are lots of easy fixes available on YouTube. That being said, sometimes it is fun to try out the newest phone! Life is short! If you enjoy Android and Google, try the Pixel 7 Pro. The software is top of the line. If you are more into hardware, the Samsung 22 might be right for you... Especially one of the enhanced models. They sell speakers and cases and all sorts of accoutrement. Get yourself some good phone armor, maybe something like an OtterBox Defender or a Commuter. Get yourself a screen protector.Ask them to help you set up a situation where you can find your phone if it gets lost. This is the creme de la creme guys.....this ain't no cheap, slow, boring stuff. They always have the best stuff at this store.”
“Came from Fresno to Hanford... Stopped here at this Metro shop here. First time having a Metro phone and ever being here. The lady was very nice and respectful. She answered all my questions and I came just in time for their promotions! This is the third month having my Metro phone and I have to say I love it. About to go back in (customer services is 5 stars) and hook my tablet up with wifi.”
“I came in to buy two phones, swap my current phone with a new phone, add a new line with the second new phone, swap my current phone with one of the tablets on my account, change data service for yet another tablet on my account, plus get new chargers and cases for the two new phones that came out today. My man Kevin NAILED IT! I was in and out in less than an hour, At one point, Kevin even explained to ME what I was trying to convey to HIM! I've been coming to this same Verizon for two or three years now I've always been happy with the service I received every visit. I never leave reviews, but "Kevin" really knocked it out of the park today. Well Done!”

140 12th Ave, Hanford“Pros: New Building, not crowded, awesome pharmacy staff, clean, good Target staff. Cons: Higher than average prices and grocery section doesn't have a lot of selection. Also, any of the labeled "Good and Gather" brand that sells in the grocery section is fake healthy food. Read the ingredients for yourself. Shame on Target for allowing that brand in their store. I wouldn't recommend Target because I don't like wasting money, but for a Target, this is a solid location.”

She's ALWAYS friendly & helpful on top of dealing with homeless hanging out in front of the store trying to get $ to get something, she has people who carry themselves like because she's a chick & it's late at night they'll get away with stealing from the store or try walking out not paying. She has NO problem speaking up & saying something to whom ever it is. She's very firm & can hold her own & yet she doesn't get mean. I like going in to grab a coffee on my way to work since I work the graveyard shift. Slurpee machine's rarely working right & that's a bummer.”
“Recently purchased a Maytag large capacity washer and had it delivered. The entire staff was polite and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were courteous, shook my hand, introduced themselves, and took time to demo the new washer after installing it! Such a breath a fresh air to get quality service from a local family owned business. In stark contrast to big box stores such as Lowe’s and Home Depot where it’s difficult to track down an employee, who will likely know nothing about the product you wish to purchase. Highly recommend Driscoll’s for any appliance need!”
