ATMs never work, they’re never able to solve problems with your account, mobile app is horrible. I love Golden 1 and plan to make the switch.

Good luck, been a member since high school and the one time my card was authorized without my knowledge they did not believe me, I suggest going to the Navy Federal Credit Union. Wast of time

EECU entrance (suite 101) Always great customer service. Needed a lot of one dollar bills for graduation leis and they were more than happy and prepared to give us some . Line was very fast, they have a change machine free of cost for members so no need for CoinStar machines that keep a percentage. During busy hours they utilize all their booths to minimize wait time, and we highly appreciate it. The Outdoor ATMs are very convenient for quick stops 24/7!

If you have to go, go during off hours. If not plan to spend quite a while in line. Loans aren’t as attractive as they used to be. The bank as a whole is weird as well, 2 years of on time payments and no derogatory marks on my credit but they won’t increase my credit line. Very strange bank.

I love this Credit Union but their hours are inconvenient for those who work 9am-5pm jobs, because they are only open when you are at work. They are not open on the weekends. Oh but they open an hour later and stay and hour later on Fridays-the busiest day of the whole week for a bank. So, it's inconvenient. I have had problems trying to get there before they close. The issue is my rent will only accept a cashiers check so I have to go in at least once a month and it's a pain every time. Also, a lot of their people are very slow to do their job inside. There's only, maybe a handful, like Daisy who can be efficient with their jobs, giving customer service in a timely manner. I would have given all 5 stars if they were more friendly to those who have those hours, like say, special education teachers who constantly have meetings after work.

Just got told from the bank associate that if your with the bank longer for (1 year) they will slow down ur bank transfers before (1 year) 1-3 days to be processed after (1 year) 5-10 days Saturday and Sunday do not count as a business day. My other bank is USAA / CHASE. Both do not do this stay away from this bank if i could give a less then a star I would online never works. Try to do so will only make you mad and waste of time the associate I had was the rudest person I have ever talked to in my let's say 16 years of having a bank. Please pick some other branch be smarter then I

Kudos to Kay! She help me with my credit card. She has superior? member service. She went above and beyond to help me out. EECU is very lucky to have her as part of their team. She made EECU look good. She is excellent!

I went in to make a payment on my credit card and I asked for the remaining balance. The teller just about told everyone in line what my balance was SMDH. Typically, you write it down on a sheet of paper. Also, she coughed on her hand and then asked for my card, and her nail polish was chipping. Smh. Please EECU teach your employees infection control.

The rates are the best I have seen by far. Parking is limited for front entrance, but plenty on the side. Was offered a loan for a vehicle purchase with no credit pull, which is always nice, I want another pre-approval please :) I did have one time where the ATM did not accept my CASH deposit, was a little annoying to go inside to deposit inside where I am in a hurry, but I rarely carry cash so its not a deal breaker, I rarely pull cash out, most things are done with tech such as phone, online. Have not written one check with them. Have not experienced one bad representative overall I am satisfied and I do recommend to those who can apply. I don't make it a habit to lose my cards and wanting a temporary card, for what.
