Refrigerator we bought from them only lasted less then 60 days. Warranty is only 30 days go figure.
Delivery guy also wasn't very friendly. Tried leaving Refrigerator in living room until we told him we wanted it in the kitchen in the spot where it belongs. He reluctantly put it there but didn't even bother, care had the courtesy to hook it up either.

Liars... picked up on saturday.. said they would call in an hour. Never happened. Phone records prove she lied saying she calked.Monday, still no call. I called. Gsve me a price. But they never opened the machine. How is it possible?So she and some foul mouthed old an come to my house. He insulted me. By using a racial slur and profanity.I have notified NAS Lemoore and surrounding military bases to steer clear. Military installations keep records and send out announcements to prevent things like thus to happen to out military.They brought my washer back after lying...saying, it's on you

Told me she’d pay me for my used dryer and she would pick it up tomorrow.Which was 2 weeks ago. I’ve called. I’ve texted. I’ve been ghosted.Never responded to questions about any appliance but dryer. And the amount offered was the same price I paid for the power cord.SO SHADYDon’t waste your timeShe wasted mine.

My refrigerator/freezer was going out. The freezer was keeping things frozen, but the refrigerator was not keeping things cold. Claudia came and assessed the problem. She told me the fan was not working correctly, and cleared ice away (I must not have been very observant in keeping the ice buildup at bay). She told me she needed to order the part and would be back at the end of the week or when the part came in. The part did come in, and she was prompt in coming back and fixing the broken fan. The Fridge/freezer is working fine. Thank you for the repair.

They sold me a broken stove that poured gas out then went on vacation for 2 weeks. I paid for this stove to be delivered and installed. I called the shops phone and the business owner answered and told me extremely rudely to deal with it myself cause they were on vacation. Now I have a stove i gotta find a way to uninstall and transport to my front yard, that I have to store for 10 days till they're back from vacation the lady was extremely rude and I gotta buy and install a new stove. I do not recommend this business they're rude and they do not handle they're business.

I've been trying to contact them for about a month via text and call I left 2 messages and actually spoke with the lady about getting an appointment for them to come look at my washer she said let me check the schedule and I'll get back to you two days passed no call so I called left and message and texted and nothing. This company has some how went down hill unfortunately. I use to call them for all my washer repairs and never had an issue..Service: Washing machine repair
