The people inside work with you and the guy who filled up my RV propane tank Broke the meter gauge and said that he had to in order to get my tank certified and fixed it when everything on those tanks were working all I needed was the plastic o-rings inside changed but I had to buy the whole thing and he wanted to also charge more when the lady that first helped me explained to me what he put down to charge me so I wouldn’t recommend getting your tanks fixed there the older guy seem to be breaking stuff for u to pay more .

On 1/19/23 We drove up to fill tanks no came out to greet us after about 8 min my husband went in and the guy was just sitting there an said oh I’ll be right out it wasn’t until another customer went in after waiting another 10min he finally came out

Dassel's delivered the propane to my property. They never sent me an invoice. They said I should have known how to pay when the driver delivered the propane, even though nobody had explained it. I had to call them to ask about invoice. They came up with charges for late payment, when there was no invoice sent over email or mail.I paid the charges, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. $50 worth of charges will cost them a lot more in the long run. Thanks*Updated: nobody has called to try to resolve problem. they respond online to all the reviews to pretend they are trying to resolve the problems but they don't

The worst propane company in the area. They’re a rip off with terrible service. Amerigas is almost half the price per gallon, at least a dollar cheaper per gallon. On top of that, what kind of propane service closes on the weekends? Do people not need propane on the weekend? If I’m going to pay a premium for propane it should at least come with good service. I switched my business to Amerigas and will probably do the same for my home.

Dassels is by far the BEST propane company to use! Their customer service is top notch and they really set an example of what excellent service means. We're very happy with them! Julie, Ryan and Ed are true assets in the community. They are friendly, knowledgeable and devoted to their customers. I'm thankful they are here after having such awful customer service elsewhere. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you, Dassels! You rock!

Ryan O'Daniel is my propane guy and he is great. I honestly do not know propane and he has helped me understand everything. When I have a question he helps me. When I call for anything he is right there to help. I highly recommend this company.

Called to see if they could light an elderly relatives pilot light on gas water heater as she had been without several days. Service man "Ed" took care of problem right away. Communicated with me to assure she was taken care of. Lady called later to check to see that my relative was doing alright. Just thought there was sense of good customer care and concern. Thanks again Dassel's, and especially "Ed"!!!
