I would give this no stars if i could.Its 1/25/2024. My mother and I first walked in there, they had already started "profiling" us. Apparently there are some new policies and my mom wasn't happy about it and was vocal about it, i get it. I did calm her down and she said several times "its not these ladies fault, its the company itself." So we moved on, my mom got her phone, which by the way was my old phone and i believe the girl thought it was stolen or something. Then came the time for me to make my purchase, which was simply buying a phone case for my iPhone 15. Mind you, i had already said out loud to my mom that i didn't want SILICONE cases and i know the rep heard me say this. I believe her name was Cynthia. Rang me up, charged me, watched me struggle to get my cards out and swipe through my phone to make sure my accounts were alright. The conversation went as follows: "That'll be $32 dollars. Cash or card? Credit or Debit?" I answered promptly, paid, didn't ask for a receipt, and then left. I get in my car, realize the case is in fact silicone and went back in mere minutes later and said "sorry, i didn't realize this was silicone and would like to return this." I didn't know that accessories were final sale, and this girl didn't say that when i made the purchase. But she replies with "Yeeeeeeeah its final sale. That's why i said its final sale." I stood there and scoffed at her as her and her rude coworker gave me looks and laughed. No ma'am. You didn't say anything about that policy. And i would have opened it to check before you even made the sale. So now, not only have i wasted 32 bucks, i wasted it on something i specifically didn't want. I could have gotten the same thing from Amazon for 6 bucks. I didn't want to make a giant scene of it, but i ABSOLUTELY had some choice words for her and her coworker for blatantly lying and being rude. So i asked for my receipt and left.

Bad business they have poor customer service. They act like they are starving. I will never go there again i will go to the store behind Carl's Jr they're different owners and better people to deal with.

Yesterday I went to pay my bridge payment and all I had was $40.They couldn't work with me, so my service is off! Really bad trained staff.Switching to Verizon !

There was a guy there, which I didn’t ask for his name. I should of but anyways let me just say he stood there helping me out and putting my glass screen on my phone for me. He even brought out two boxes out of iPhone se cases for me to choose from. I was happy I had an option to pick something I like while he was working on updating. I had always been with metro but I’m glad I change carriers. He was real helpful in had all the answers to my questions..THANK YOU...

Can NEVER go wrong with this incredible store!! I've loved cricket ever my bf had one been with this company for 2 years now NOT a 100% am leaving this company this my company home. Great signal service everywhere I go including far out traveling especially to the mountains going up Yosemite area!! I can name a few but this service is a 100% signal anywhere
