Chase Bank is a financial institution that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers have praised the bank's great customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help resolve any issues, others have found the staff to be unhelpful and unwelcoming, especially when they did not have a significant amount of money in their accounts. One customer described the experience of opening an account as "completely obvious that we did not need an account here," suggesting that the staff made it clear that the customer did not need a bank account unless they had a substantial amount of money. However, another customer had a positive experience, stating that the relationship manager, Julie, was "awesome" in answering all their questions and making the experience pleasant. Overall, the reviews suggest that Chase Bank's customer service can be hit or miss, with some customers finding the staff to be highly professional and helpful, while others felt they were not valued as customers. The bank's level of service seems to depend on the individual staff members and the customer's financial situation.
The staff at this branch are unequivocally amazing. They're kind, professional and understanding. I will be opening up an account here JUST because of how awesome they were to me, when I had to close out my mother's account after she passed. I highly recommend.
