Have used it the last several years when it's time for my smog checks. With my schedule I have to get in when I can and they have always taken care of my smog services without having to make an appointment. Very fair and reliable.

Smog checked my vehicle this past Tuesday at this location..dropped it off asked the receptionist where I could go eat Instead of waiting she recommended a nice little spot up the street..there were several cars ahead of mines but within 30 minutes got a call that my vehicle was ready..the waiting room is small but they had the ac going..overall I was happy with the service it felt like they can be trusted and legit in this line of work..will return when needed

Customer service is great..honesty the receptionist was really cool with us even recommended a spot for us to eat down the street..overall I felt like this was a legit shop not having to worry if they were gonna fake a needed repair ..they have several people working so the wait wasn't too long..I definitely recommended this location..I saw how well they treated an elderly couple that says alot..

As a walk-in for smogging, I am usually out the door in an hour or less. This time, I also had an oil change as a walk-in along with the smogging. I was on my way in about 90 minutes. Great people working at Brad's.

I love Brad's. They're not the cheapest show in town, but they're reliable and you can be sure they will do good work.This time was the A/C. They found the fault, fixed it, and it has never blown as cold!

I would give this business zero stars if I could. The employees are all very nice but the owner is of no help to the customers. There is zero communication with customers and after dealing with them for over 5 months and getting nowhere I wiser up and am trying to get help elsewhere. Went in for a diagnosis and smog check, ended up needing a sensor replaced. After spending hundreds of dollars with them to have faulty parts installed and the nonexistent communication I got fed up. They never ordered the new sensor to replace the one they installed that did not work and none of the employees were on the same page about getting the issue resolved. Do not recommend this business at all.Services: Electrical

Ive been in here twice now with my 2006 corolla The first time i dealt with a wonderful gentleman named Brandon. The second time i came in i dealt with a new person named Greg he didnt feel trustworthy in my opinion and kept getting cut off with a different answer from the short kid. I wont be returning
