The workers have to have good treatment and good manners towards the Clients. There is a worker. I came to buy some boots for my child and I didn't know that I had to grab the 2 boots from the back and I asked her and she made a very ugly face and she answered me with in a bad way and he spoke very kindly to the other man who was measuring a pair of boots for his son. Is there racism? Do Hispanic people? Oh why by asking the question in Spanish do I answer very ugly?

They trim hats here, clean them and fix em for you. The customer service is also great.Im from Fresno but i think I'll be coming to this boot barn before going to the one in my area

Bought 6 pairs of pants in Hanford Ca during Christmas finally got to wearing the last pair and the stitching popped on a pair of Cody James Figured no problem I’m sure they will swap them out nope not even fix them on a pair of jeans I just put on. So if you shop there and buy in bulk wear it All out of the store because there cheap chinese crap will not last.

All I get to say is wow.. no employees to assist with my purchase , stood at the register for at least 10 min before someone asked of o needed something.. will not be returning to this location .

I love Boot Barn who doesn't? But this store customer service is awful, employees stand around talking to each other and are not of service to help. I rather drive to a different location. Quite sad.

Idk what it is about this store but the employees move as slow as possible and stand around talking instead of helping customers. It's not just like a rare occasion. It's like this every time I go in. Save your time and go to a different location. Customer service here is horrible.

If you are ADA mobility challenged, this is NOT the store for you. Racks and displays are so close together, even people without mobility issues find it hard to get into, not to mention shop, the store.
