The Benefit Girls are amazing here! They not only Brow Map, but they are knowledgeable on Benefit products as well! Heck, they even sold me the 24 Hour Brow Setter!

Every time I call this brow bar, I'm on hold FOREVER. I just end up hanging up then go to the store to make an appointment or see if they'll take a walk in and no luck at all with it, I just stopped going and just drive all the way to Visalia or Fresno to a different brow bar.

Walked into Ulta looking for a foundation didn't know which one to go for so I was looking when a worker name Jeni came by and said if I needed help and I told her I was looking for a foundation she quickly responded yes I can help you with that. She then asked me some questions and right away she gave me options and was so helpful and color matched me. She has been the first person to ever help me like she did at a Ulta. She did everything she can to get me the correct shade and not make me leave with a orange foundation lol. Also she gave me so many makeup tricks and samples. So if you ever come in looking for a foundation and want to get matched I highly recommend Jeni, super sweet and helpful. Thank you so much Jeni!

I came to visit Ulta like I usually do. Never really had to deal with their customer service in the past I usually know what what I want. I grab it and go, I love Mac Makeup and it is the only brand use from the skincare, primers, foundations, to pallets and pallets of makeup. I have purchased so much Mac makeup that the Mac stores would give me a call to try out products exclusively at stores. However my particular visit at this Ulta store was very disappointing. I came in because I wanted to change my foundation. The sales lady at the Mac counter did not even acknowledged us and I didn't think she wanted to work today. I came in and said I needed a new foundation I told her that I just moved here from the east coast and I think my foundation is no longer working and I needed to try for a new color. I asked her that I wanted to try it full face and she informed me that I have to spend $50 worth of makeup because she can even let me try the foundation. I told her how would you know it's what you want if you can't try it. I told her that o was disappointed and I felt like I was being pressured to buy something. I just walked away and started to look at something else. I decided to look at a different foundation options and I wandered over to the Clinique counter they ask if they can help me. I said I was looking for a new foundation I usually wear Mac but a parent you have to spend $50 to try a full face foundation. The Mac Representatives overheard my conversation and began to argue with me. At that point I did not want to spend any money at the Mac counter. The lady at the Clinique counter was really nice, she asked me what I was looking for and she helped me with what I needed perfectly. I purchased foundation, power, and pore-fillers that day. The total was above the $50 minimum in the Mac counter plus the lady's customer service was impeccable and the reason that this review is 3 out of 5 based on my experience. I could honestly say that I would never buy Mac makeup from this store again.

I would love to give a negative review, this store is always a tore up mess, and the clown looking chick working at Clinique with jet black hair orange skin and blue eyes super cute.. thinks she's too good but it's only laughable so incredibly rude, and the other girl working at the register did t get her name I was too heated to even look but sweetheart should probably next time talk to the female instead of being a thirsty little girl and acting like the female with her husband wasn't there. Last time I will go there what an embarrassment.

#1 - Anytime I call I am on hold forever. #2 - I stopped going to Ulta Benefit Brow Bar two or three years ago because I could never get the same employee to do my eyebrows, and one particular employee did not follow their Benefit method and literally screwed up my eyebrows. #3 - Their appointment times are not convenient, and they don't care to be convenient for their customers. #4 - I just called to speak to a manager about all of this, and I was put on hold, YET AGAIN. I would love to go to the Ulta Benefit Brow Bar if I knew I could depend on getting the same brow wax every time I went in, but I can't. It's unfortunate because they are supposed to have a tried-and-true method. The Ulta store in Hanford, in particular, is a waste of my time. I literally walk into the Vietnamese salon in the adjacent parking lot, pay less money, get in the same day, and get a decent eyebrow wax. Ultra management and corporate, your Hanford store it's not living up to your expectations! I suggest you help it fast!

I was kind of worried about going here to be honest, had a bad experience at another location but decided to go anyways. As soon as we walked in Every worker there was nice and attentive. I was a walk in and asked to get my eyebrows done, she said the wait would be 30 min. Which was totally okay since I didn't have an appointment, it was well worth the wait. I met w Marissa and she was nice and listened to what I wanted! I just love the way she left my eyebrows... she's super awesome! She's definitely your go to girl.

I've shopped at Ulta many times. After spending over $300 today and receiving no samples no gift with purchase I realized why I miss shopping at Macy's and stores who always have samples and often a gift with purchase. Bye Bye Ulta I'm done shopping at your stores! No perks at Ulta. BORING!!!

I had an appointment on Sunday with Sophea in the salon for make-up. I checked in about 5 minutes before my appointment and was told she would be with me in a minute. 30 minutes after my appointment time and she never showed up. The salon staff didn't seem at all concerned with her be unreasonably late. I finally left about 30-40 minutes after my appointment time because it was clear she wasn't showing. Talk about unprofessional! I had family pictures scheduled, so I rushed home to get myself ready so we weren't late for our photos. I will never make an appointment with Ulta again.

Michelle is the best. She has great range from my teen daughters hair and make up for HS events or my preteen daughters and unique hair color choices!

Normally love ulta. Went in for the promo gift they had if you bought so much. Was going to gift it to my niece. Bought the allotted amount, then told it was make up only; yet they had the tag over by the face/skin collection. It says all ulta beauty collection...not make up only. I'll stick to buying online...at least it is clear to what qualifies and what doesnt.

Worst customer service. This has happened on numerous occasions where you are calling to book an appointment and just alone to call it's takes over 8minutes for anyone to answer if that. Even after they do answer the never transfer you or your wait increases now being on hold. They book appointments just to call you within the same time to cancel and let you know to reschedule next week? I will be switching brow bars. The brow stylist Angelina is amazing but the employees booking and who are suppose to answer the phones are ridiculous. would not recommend to anyone

I learned a lesson: beware of corporate establishments because of the mandatory pricing structure. I went in for highlights of my dark blonde hair and after 5 hours, came out with a single shade of platinum. Had to go back for low lights, which they didn't charge me for but I spent 7.5 hours and over $200 (with the tip for the correction). It's better to go to an independently owned place, look on Yelp or ask for recommendations from friends or on Next Door. My daughter had a good experience so I thought I would too. NOT! The girls are all nice but I think they are taken advantage of because they are just starting out. I'm positive they have more first customers than returning ones. I know I won't be going back.
