We came from far to pay our bill and the employee that was working there (guy who wears glasses) was just chit tatting talking about he went to a holloween party last night etc. We sat For about 30 minutes and he never came up to us to let us know he would be with us shorty.So we decided to just leave and while we were leaving he turns around and says “anyways” and continued to talk. He did not even acknowledge us , nor welcomed us when we entered store. Gave us his back the whole 30 minutes we were there.There should be more employees who are trained to properly attend customers. Even when busy they should at least let them know they will be there once available.

Super courteous staff who are very knowledgeable about Apple phones. I wad helped promptly, and they transferred everything for me quickly after I bought a new phone. Very clean store in a safe location away from where the bums like to hang out near the mall. Highly recommend this store.

I came in today just to browse but the worker Clemente was so great to talk me through everything that I ended up getting myself a screen protector and will definitely be returning for more in the future.

They were very helpful. I don’t remember their names. A male and a female working on Friday 9-30 working in the evening were professional and it was kind of busy but they still were attentive & answered all my questions. I felt comfortable. I left with a new phone. I am a very happy customer. I will be returning.

Came in to port in 9 lines from another carrier, was skeptical to being able to port that day because I got there 30 minutes before they closed. As I walk in waited 1 minute then I was helped by the Store Manager Jenny. She knew of the 30 minutes remaining but still made sure to get us transferred over. She went above and beyond on making sure we got the best plans and deals. Thank You Very Much Jenny!

Customer rep, Isabel, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the products and services I was interested in. Always respected by the staff in this store and have been impressed with the customer service team at this location by Costco as they are quick to help you, even if they are busy.

Horrible service by the manager. I stopped by to see if I could upgrade my phone, and One of their team members was extremely helpful and said I could upgrade by turning in my old phone and getting a good price for it towards the new one. I took the deal, and transferred everything to my new phone, and returned to the store to turn in my old phone. This is when everything went south. The manager, do not remember her name, was extremely unhelpful. All I needed to do was turn in my phone and go on my way, but all she said was, "you are not getting the credit we told you you would" I was shocked because I wasn't ready to pay close to full price for the new phone. Her stance was, "you have two options: return the new one and pay the return fee, or take the deal I'm giving you now." This made me very upset because they had physically looked at my old phone and promised something, and then, they just decided they wouldn't honor that. She did not seem to care about the situation, so I had to walk away and spend close to 4 hours on the phone with AT&T explaining the situation until they honored what this store promised. Do not come to this store if the manager is here, she is not helpful at all. Other team members do a way better job.
