This place is absolutely disgusting. When I went in there it smelt terrible. The lady seem like she hated her job and not to mention the amount of homeless people out front is ridiculous serious problem with Hanford in general but especially bad at 7-Eleven. Also the Slurpee machines never works I won’t go into this location until it gets better Plenty of other gas stations in town

Terrible terrible service. They try to charge you on reward items even though it's supposed to be free. Then they get mad at you for it. Rudeness all around. Unfortunately it's the only 7-eleven in Hanford.

The female worker later at night (after 11:30 pm) has her hands FULL! She is impressive & I really hope she gets appreciated there. She's ALWAYS friendly & helpful on top of dealing with homeless hanging out in front of the store trying to get $ to get something, she has people who carry themselves like because she's a chick & it's late at night they'll get away with stealing from the store or try walking out not paying. She has NO problem speaking up & saying something to whom ever it is. She's very firm & can hold her own & yet she doesn't get mean. I like going in to grab a coffee on my way to work since I work the graveyard shift. Slurpee machine's rarely working right & that's a bummer.

Don't waste your time going to this 7-Eleven they're not respectful or nice extremely rude and do not honor the 7-Eleven rewards in fact you have to look at your receipt to be careful dating charge you some charge that shouldn't be there I have had problems with day shift of them being extremely rude where they raise their voices even yelled at me and refused to be helpful and work with me to solve whatever issue I've had they're constantly trying to change whatever policies corporate has. Do not waste your time shopping here at all the customer service is lousy and if they are wrong they will not admit it and the customer seems to be always wrong

Place a order to be delivered it came with the wrong soda and wrong food so tried calling the store no answer. So I placed another order mistakes can be made but the 2nd time came with the wrong soda again . So I went to the store the guy at the counter was very rude and wasn’t nice at all. Obviously.he didn’t read the order placed very upsetting.

If possible I would like to give 0 star,that lady at night really rude,don’t go this seven eleven at night, I went there all the time ,never give me hard time like today, I was really nice to talk,the lady face like you own her thousands dollars, When I ask her why give me hard time she just really rude say “get out” won’t let me buy anything
