I regret to inform you that if it were within my power, I would assign this establishment a rating of zero stars. The individual with the nose piercing exhibits a rather substantial deficit in terms of interpersonal skills, displaying a complete lack of knowledge in the realm of customer service. Astonishingly, this person declined to accept my return package due to their unwillingness to provide assistance, and their demeanor was exceptionally impolite. When I attempted to convey that there was no necessity for such rudeness, they simply chose to disregard my words and walked away, adamantly refusing to offer any form of aid. Rest assured, I intend to submit a formal complaint to the higher authorities of this organization.

I’m getting a kick reading all of the negative posts about the “ rude staff” especially Marc. Marc isn’t rude, sarcastic yes, but he gives what he gets. If you’re polite and not demanding, it’ll all be good, if you’re rude, disrespectful or just stupid ( I’ve been in the store many times watching the interactions) then that’s exactly what you will get back.As far as Carlos and Anna, they are both very nice people, they are just trying to do the best they can dealing with the public. Anyone who has ever had to deal with the public knows this to be true.So for all of you crying about the terrible attitudes etc etc , maybe take a look at how YOU act.I’m not anyone’s buddy, just a long time customer who’s never had any issues with anyone.You get what you give folks, and as I brought up earlier, dealing with the public sucks.

Very rude employee Marc. And I guess they don't have a dress code for this guy either. If I was not elderly I would have taken this guy outside. Very surprised UPS would have someone like this working with the public. Won't have my business at the store ever again. Will be also complaining to their corporation. That's how bad it was

The staff at this store are the WORST! They are consistently rude, un-friendly and even hostile with customers. I recommend anywhere else but this location. Hard to believe they're still in business.

Whomever that guy is working the counter shouldn't be in customer service. He isn't friendly and rude seems to be 2nd nature to him

We are a small local nonprofit, I broke my hand and called 6 days after I received the e-mail.They are expensive enough for a PO box, $92 and then charged a nearly 20% late charge, really ??This is so low, really low, pathetic and his response, the owner, we do stuff for the community.He says I'll meet you half way, take the money I said, be the little greedy person you are.I will move the box as soon as can and never again frequent or use this place for anythingAbsolutely disgusting. Another gouging business.Please go elsewhere to people who actually have some decency.

Great service in a variety of ways - I had several 'jobs' including shipping and copying. Carlos and Chase took great care of all my needs.

Remarkably helpful and caring - my pre-paid return package was not delivered but I had lost my receipt, which pretty much invalidates my claim that I sent it. Rather than dismissing me, they spent a ton of time trying to find the tracking number and figure out what happened to the package. It is still not clear what happened, but you really rarely find people who are so invested in customer service and trying to make something right.

Does the job. Sometimes rude or not courteous staff. Maybe it was an off day. It's not all of their staff, but some graciousness would be appreciated by all. I've had two interactions and both times witnessed some interesting staff behavior with other customers.

Great staff, especially the new girl Chase (I think). Everyone is very helpful and they are much more friendly than some of the other UPS stores I have been to. This store is well run and is a testament to their management.

Mark has been super helpful every time I come in to the store. From "easier" tasks like making copies of 50 page court documents (he caught that the machine had accidentally skipped a page, thanks Mark!!) to helping me with "harder" things like telling me Amazon Returns lesser-known phone numbers (where I talk to an actual real Amazon Customer Service Representative), Mark has been there for it all! Wish all copy shop people were as helpful as him. A+++

Marc’s behavior towards customers is unprofessional. Today I witnessed him mock a customer who was struggling to find a receipt for a return, and mocked a customer calling the store over the phone.
