Today I went to renew my sons passport and because I was confused on how to fill out the form the old lady working there was very rude had no patience, the first thing she told me to reschedule instead of helping me and making me understand and correct my mistakes. Her form of talking is hard to understand I tried being reasonable and try to get to a point in which we both could come to an understanding. But her attitude was also quite unacceptable. There was no line no one in the post office other than myself and my son and she was hurrying me up to finish it. I had the appointment set and I was hoping to get this done today. As someone who works in customer service I found her attitude and customer service unacceptable. I don't know how this lady still working here. This is the worst experience with customer service. She not and helpful or maybe is only whe is with a good attitude.

Had to look into a package that was clearly never sent in the first place Emplyee Hnin Yee helped me get to the bottom of it quickly and with a speedy response. Also have been receiving packages for years with no complaints as well as sending them out. Keep up the Good work ??

Passport officer(Luna) was not knowledgeable about all the rules and was defining new rules for the passport picture requirements.Anyway, it’s her call and you can’t switch to ups for better service. LOL

A week ago I shipped seven boxes full of homemade jams to my family through this post office. Two of the boxes were crushed and destroyed and one just disappeared and was never delivered. I don't know if it was the fault of this office specifically, but 4/7 is a pretty abysmal success rate. I don't recommend this office or USPS in general these days.

This review is for the Chinese lady, who helped us process our baby's passport application. She was very nice and helpful. She answered our questions and was patient with us. Given her age (not being agiest), she should enjoy retirement instead of dealing with rude, impatient customers.

Horrible service. As someone who fled a domestic violence situation, now staying at a shelter, I rely on General Delivery at this USPS. However, twice now, the Asian man working there has threatened me with returning my packages. The first time was because I couldn't get there for one week, due to car problems. The second time, he accused me of abusing the system, and that if any packages arrived the next day, they would be returned. He said he was being nice by allowing me to have my packages that time.

So upset at this discourteous and unmannerly chinese(?) lady. Instead of being helpful she asked me if I understood English. Ohh gosh, poor service. You should change your staff until it gets at least 4 stars on reviews. The way this rate goes...

There is a Chinese lady who works, she is very self-centered, she makes excuses with some people, wastes her time, takes bad pictures, asks you to take another one, says that you need more money, never come for a passport, please.

I have not written a review though I use this post office daily. All the personnel are efficient when sending out packages and offering advice as well as troubleshooting when some priority packages don't get delivered in other locations. I feel that the personnel in this post office, Half Moon Bay, Ca, really go the extra mile to be helpful. This review is long overdue, actually 10 years overdue. Thank you for the great service.
