After I reported a missing package, Ron jumped into action and resolved it in less than 24 hours! He even personally called to update me. This experience has really changed my view on using USPS for important shipments. Big thanks for the outstanding help!”

“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”
