When there is no rental cars and there is no space to get your vehicle in the service managers advice is keep it under 60 and don't go on the freeway.

Recall was addressed promptly without an appointment. Part was available at parts department. Back on my way in 1/2 an hour. Good, old fashioned, no hassle customer service the way it should be.

The entire staff at James Ford is great to work with. Dan is a great salesman, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and showed me all the vehicles I wanted to see with zero pressure to buy. They are a small dealership, but you get big time service. I’m glad I bought my new Ford at James Ford.

Daniel Hamren and Dee Danowitz were amazing, very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the ordering, tracking and delivery of our new 2024 Wildtrak Bronco. Our Bronco was delivered right before Memorial Day as promised. Our buying experience was completely stress-free dealing with this dealership.

My family and I had a service light indicating an issue with the powertrain come on near Pescadero. We were towing a fifth wheel on our way to an RV resort for the holiday weekend. I immediately called the nearest Ford dealer which happened to be James Ford. They were able to get the truck in last minute before the holiday weekend and get it repaired. They even coordinated to have the Truck dropped off at the RV Resort after the repair was finished. Thanks again, you guys are awesome!

Just bought my 6th truck and couldn’t be happier!
Update- brought the truck (hybrid F150) In for a battery charging system issue and they had it completely resolved within three hours. I know a lot of dealerships have major issues keeping up-to-date with new technology, but that certainly isn’t the case at James Ford.
