If you want to feel stronger, younger, more energetic & active, join a class with Pam Harris at her Coast Pilates & Fitness studio in Shoreline. Four years ago at age 70, I enrolled in her personal training class twice a week. I'm in better shape now than I was when much younger. Pam works with you to stregthen your whole body while keeping your body more flexible, yet not going beyond what you can handle. Class with Pam never feels boring as she uses different techniques, exercises or tools to tone and stregthen your body. She motivates me to continue improving my physique, physical mobility and to stay in good health. Pam is a great instructor, fun to work with and I'm proud & excited to be her student!

I've been working out with Pam for the past couple months. I wanted to find a trainer who could work with 2 of us on a weekly basis because I'm not ready to go back to the gym. I happened to walk by Pam's studio and stopped to find out what she does. I was immediately interested in the classes she has and signed up & two of us work out together for an hour each week. She has a variety of exercises to help with our strength and overall fitness. We love going each week as Pam mixes up the workouts and her studio is spotless. She makes the most of her space. She makes it fun and is extremely knowledgeable and explains why we're doing each exercise. The hour flies by. We're so happy we found her!

Pam is a wonderful instructor and trainer! The small class (4 people) and personal training class are geared for building strength, balance, and coordination. This is the perfect supplement to walking and other exercise. Her physical therapy knowledge and observations guide the class or individual session so not to exasperate an injury and at the same time,create an overall satisfying workout. I always feel so much better physically and emotionally after class.

Pam is absolutely the best Pilates instructor, I love her classes. She's very encouraging and always provides me with a great workout. I even travel from San Mateo to Half Moon Bay on a weekly basis just to attend her class!

Pam!! I've been working out with Pam for over a year now! As a 55 year old woman, she challenges me and my body responds by growing stronger. Pam allows me a balance of a strenuous workout without without major pain. It means a lot to me to be challenged but not be driven to workout in total agony. Pam encourages me, she challenges me, she recognizes me when I've accomplished a set of exercises with strength and determination. I love her studio, it's quiet, private and the colors are relaxing. I'm picky, super picky and Pam at Coast Pilates and Fitness meets my need of challenging me but without pain. She's kind, knowledgeable and encouraging in a very positive way. Thank you Pam!!!

Pam is a great instructor who can provide a workout in both an individual setting or a group setting. She is able to meet the diverse needs of all her students in a fun and challenging class that will make you glad that you attended.
