Horrible customer service. It was about 10 or 11ish when I went to Vons. Checkout man called Kado just said “you wanna put in your membership card?” when I asked him a question about the prices of some items. Maybe he’d wanna watch his attitude.

Whoever made the french bread tuesday night should be the only one making the french bread, best ive ever had!
also idk why there is so many negative reviews, been shopping here for my whole life and never ever had a negative experience. Store is always very clean, stocked and friendly service.

Just left the store, Natalie R has some issues with her attitude! Send her back to the ghetto where her attitude is acceptable!! If you don’t like your job quit! Vons needs a revamp!

The produce and grocery items I’ve purchased from this store have not been acceptable quality or freshness. I’ve only shopped here 3 or 4 times and every time I’ve gotten moldy or spoiled food or packaging that wasn’t secure. This is unfortunate since it’s my closest grocery store and I am now going to have to go to another city for edible food. Other Vons I’ve shopped at have been fine so not sure why this one is so bad. Disappointed.

Loved this Vons. On my way home from work, staff always helpful, Management never missing the chance to ask if there’s anything that I need.I go there and I had just stopped by the bank to get some cash. Mind you, it’s The bank that shares a parking lot with them. Vons didn’t accept my bills. I don’t know if it was because they were new or because something was wrong with two (thats right, two) of their bill readers but I was embarrassed. On top of that, my every day Apple Pay card was on the fritz (my fault).Am I going to take cash in here again? NoAm I going to make sure my cars work from now on? Yes
