DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Checked in, went out for two hours, and when I came back to use the restroom FOR THE FIRST TIME, there was POOP in the toilet. DISGUSTING. They don’t care about their customers and will not help out in any way. Unsanitary for my children.Rooms: Filthy

I don't know if the female owner is running the illegal stuff going on there but she sure doesn't care ! if anything l..She encourages it.Just like a bankock seedy motel. 20 minutes before checkout she was beating on my door once I didn't open it she opened it and then continue to put a chair to keep the door open and stood there outside and waited for us to get ready to go and we're just a normal family we're not even Street people from around there...pure racismmm.

Went to visit some friends that were staying there, and this place is highly active at night if you know what I mean, so be safe be careful if you’re not used to that type of element

I went in at 5 and original time is out at 11 but they treated us so well and gave us a few extra hours. Love this place. Up and downstairs, a lot of parking. Clean room and the price for a night with two bedrooms is not bad at all. We'll return.

The room was filthy, old dated, mold on the bathroom shower ceilings, the chairs filthy stained, the bedding stained and holes.The telephone wires ripped out broken phone. Unbelievable that Vagabond on Hacienda Heights.can rent rooms in this condition.

This is my favorite inn, when I visit California. I now live in Texas coming to visit my family I look forward on my staying where I will be welcome and knowing my needs will be met. Rooms are clean and everything works.

I had a horrible experience at this location and when I tried to talk to management they were no help. There was mold in the bathroom, no hot water in the showers and zero safety precautions for fire their rooms had the smoke alarms torn out. As well as the dead bolt on the door was broken off. Very sketchy and felt unsafe. This is lawsuit waiting to happen. When I requested a refund they denied me a refund as well. Horrible business!

Rooms were filthy,sheets were stained and had hair on them,furniture was tagged up,walls were unbelievably filthy and the bathroom was dirty.And the people at the desk aren’t the nicest when you tell them the issues with the room.str8 up ghetto

I don't like the fact that they can't help you with anything. You email them, call them and they don't bother to respond. They responded to your call but they don't try to help you.I never had been so disappointed with a place. But this people doesn't know what compassion or help means .So disgusting find people like this hotel..

I recently stayed here before looking at reviews. I found two baby cockroaches while I first checked in and then I woke up this morning opened the restroom and found these little guys all over the walls, toilet etc. two actually followed me home in my suitcase. Zero stars, definitely recommend staying under a freeway overpass then this dump.

Do not stay here, you have been warned. Dirty, filthy and disgusting in every way. It's shocking to me that they are even allowed to operate with rooms in such squalid conditions.

VAGABUMThis place is DISGUSTING!!!! I don't even know where to begin. I do know that this was a place for homeless during the COVId when California was giving out the vouchers. Check in was at 3pm and room wasn't ready until 6:30pm. The guy at the front desk gave me the keys and I went up. House Keeper was cleaning the rooms and she def did not wash the showers or anything. Not in either of the rooms.I later spoke with the lady to ask her if it was safe to stay there since there were a lot of homeless individuals and sketchy ass people. She said the place has gone down a lot. She said when the original owner ( chinese owned) sold to a new owner ( taiwaneses) that the place just took a turn for the worse. The cleaning lady indicated that when the husband of the original owner (chinese couple) had died, that it became too much for her and this she sold the place. I remember the original owners. The place was spotless, smelt clean and offered continental breakfast. I mean it was a decent place to stay. She said the previous owners paid to have the place cleaned, they would wash the shower curtains, Clean and wash the floors and the halls ways of the hotels. She said the new owners were terrible and not want to pay to do anything or upkeep the cleaning of the rooms. So with her saying that it means the rooms aren't being cleaned throughly.Now to the nasty rooms and motel. The parking lot smelt like urine, looks like there were dope dealers hanging on the corner. Many random cars coming in parking and then leaving. The locals that live in the hotel appeared to be friends with house keeping and they would smoke together (no wonder rooms weren't clean and ready for check in times. There's only two gals (sisters) cleaning the rooms. These sisters were part of the hotel with the original owners . The hallways all smell like urine and the ac units stink and have dust all over them. They smell like urine too .Now the rooms were disgusting. The doors are smeared with I have no idea what, There were random stains on the floor, the floors smelt like urine and a spot that looked like cum, the beds had stains and it appeared the bed sheets and comforters were not cleaned. The bottoms of the beds look like they hadn't been washed and looked like cum was on them caked on. The beds were sitting on some slats that were broken. Couldn't even sit on the edge of the bed. The mattresses had brown stains all over them. I had toMake sure there no bed bugs. The telephones did not look like they were wiped and had probably face sweat or something, the vanity light which is the main light to the rooms were blown out. The walls were dirty with dirt that was caked on . There were cob webs and looked like it was there years along with all the dirt in the walls. The showers and bathroom area had mold all over the place and rusted out. The roaches running up the tub the husband killed them There were no smoke detector (it was broken and dangling) There was random crap stuck to the furniture, The carpet were ripping and fraying.Don't stay here ever. It's GROSS. I felt dirty and disgusting and wanted to leave ASAP.

It isn't what it use to be 4 years ago. They really let the place go! It has become a low budget hotel. I was disappointed. I thought it would be safe enough and clean enough for my toddler but boy I was wrong! Not to mention the things you see happen around it. It just isn't safe anymore. Do not recommend 0/5 stars!

I rented a king non smoking room at this location for 3 nights. The first room he showed me reeked of cigarette smoke. I was shown 3 rooms picked the better of the worst rooms. The room was awful the worst vagabond hotel I ever stayed at. The photos on the internet are all wrong its dirty run down overpriced rooms. Check in clerk was rude and unfriendly. The bed was hard uncomfortable the furniture is broken stained carpet dirty. I will never stay there again.
