If you drop a package without a receipt , you cannot find your package anymore.so make sure they scan and give you a receipt for record

I'm just here to vent. I know that this review won't be seen by anybody working at the USPS nor will they care. We have the most incompetent and lazy mail carrier I've ever seen. Not only does he continue to deliver our mail and packages to the wrong addresses, yesterday he took it upon himself to forge my signature on a priority signature confirmation package and stated that he left said package with an Individual. That package was not delivered to my house but to my neighbor's house who was not home at the time and proceeded to throw the package over the fence. This I know because both my neighbor and I viewed the security footage. I have already filed a compliant with the USPS on our mail carrier but we all know that nothing will be done and I will get the same excuse everyone is giving... that there is an employee shortage due to Covid.

Bad customer service, I had 3 appointments to get a passport for me and my sons. My first appointment was at 1pm, I was told to wait on the lobby. It was 1:25pm I asked an employee and she said the person in charge of passport services was out for lunch. It was 1:25pm, I had 3 appointments back to back and now I’m told to come back at 2. How is it that they’re not aware of their appointments.
