City of Industry / West Covina area- Superior customer service, professional and caring! Excellent vet care!!!! Although our pet lived an amazing 14 yrs and transitioned to doggie heaven, their attention to care, options, healing vs peaceful transition, pricing and emotional considerations made this chapter was outstanding! 2nd generation for our animals and we will continue to use this Vet moving forward!

I used to spend a lot of time waiting in other animal hospitals. But not here! They always treat my cats fast and professionally, so my cats don’t have to be scared for such a long time.

We tried to get our cat in for a sick visit and they refused. They won’t make an appointment for her and she’s been there before. They said they only spend 20 minutes with the animals for a sick visit and wanted us to come in and wait without an appointment. We have waited at this place before and it always at least a 3 hour + wait! We just don’t have the time to wait all day long. What a joke, I don’t recommend. It’s unfortunate because all of the vets are fantastic, but the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. They obviously need to hire more staff here, if it’s that much of an issue.

Dr. Robby and staff are so incredibly wonderful. This animal hospital genuinely cares for your pets as if they were their own. Prices were extremely reasonable and always clear. They are patient and caring and have a flexible schedule. Truly a gem of a place!

Dr. Robby and his staff are amazing. They have been taking great care of my dog for 2 years. They are so patient with me. I always have a lot of questions since this is my first dog. The staff take their time to explain everything to me. They always send reminders when he's due for his next vaccination, which I truly appreciate. I haven't had any issues scheduling appointments. I highly recommend this vet office.

The staff seems nice. I guess Dr. Wu is okay. I was very disappointed that the vet didn't come in to the room with us, they just took our cat in carrier into the back to see the vet. What ever happened to the vet talking to you and treating your pet in your presence? I am not a fan of not being able to be with my cat to comfort him. We probably won't go back a second time.

Excellent hospital, all the staff is very friendly and trained. They informed me of all the available options and the prices are very reasonable. My pet was put to sleep due to a very advanced cancer, the doctor and his assistant were extremely understanding and kind. I spent time with my dog without any kind of price. I have no words to express my gratitude for the attention and respect that my pet received. God bless him abundantly.

I called in to get a quote for spay services and someone picked up the phone right away to answer my questions about cost of spaying a cat. Though it was out of my price range ($403 to spay), they were kind and answered my questions.
