It was my first experience sending a package through UX Parcel to Taiwan. It costed me $14 which was a great saving. I was quoted over $100 by other sources. Since it was my first experience, I did make some mistakes in the packaging/declaration form. Winnie was indeed very patient helping me through the process. Have to say she is indeed an asset to UX Parcel. Highly recommended UX Parcel should you have package to send to Taiwan.

I believe they have changed ownership or management. The service level is worst than the USPS. Pay with credit card will add $1 service charge. They asked all to filled out the shipping form online and when get to the store, the counter rep would inspect the package which means they would touch everything without gloves.
