The cashiers with a very bad attitude. I paid for gas and I had to wait and go in for them to activate my gas. The cashier yelled at me. And he told me that if I don't like it, he should take my money.

Tap to pay didn't work at any of the fuel pumps, kept saying card was no accepted even though if used the same thing before. Went down the street to the mobil and my tap to pay worked just fine. This gas station is extremely unreliable.

Car wash machine damaged my fuel cap door. Attendant said that patron uses the machine at their own risk. Really? Do NOT use the damn car wash.

Unbelievable! I put gas this morning here like I always do, I spent $55 And I paid with my debit card and I don't normally get a receipt just to save paper, well I go inside to ask if they can turn on the air for me and the lady right away oh! $2 and I said I just finish putting $55 dollars of gas and she asked for the receipt then she said give me 2 minutes I drive up to the air pump and waited like 5 minutes I have my baby in the car so I walked back to the lady and told her if she was gonna do me the favor of turning it on and I showed her my bank transaction and she grabbed my cell looking at it, I told her I have my baby in the car and she was really really rude saying in a bad tone of voice well I have to look at it because we are not allow to do that I just work here, so I told her I have never had an issue with getting air from here anyways this lady needs to change her attitude toward customers.

To whom it may concern,Your employee by the name of Heidi based on the receipts I have in hand. Was extremely rude, confrontational and in the end because of being proved wrong refused to further conduct business. The situation as you will see based on the interactions that should have been caught by the camera that sits over the counter. On September 29, 2022 between 19:18:00-19:27:xx. You will see that I remained courteous and respectful throughout the scenario. I clearly stated that I would like to check the balance on my Shell gift card, once we completed that. I requested,"May I get $13 on number 2 with rewards." She followed by saying number 3, 13. I interrupted and corrected her politely telling her no it was number 2. When the screen on the pos payment machine flashed past the fuel rewards screen, I stated that I had said with rewards. She got a bit frustrated, cancelled and inputted the information again this time correctly and I was able to use my fuel rewards and gift card. Throughout this time she was talking on the phone. When I finished fueling up and having used up my fuel card. I went back in to make another purchase of gas with my credit card for$40. I told her politely again which pump and pump number with fuel rewards. The rewards screen flashed past straight to the payment screen. At this point I stated that I had stated with rewards. She told me that it shows up after I make a payment. I told her politely that, that's not how it works. She said it is and that she works here and knows how it works. I said I use to work at Shell and know how the rewards system works. It always shows up first. She said I was wrong and I told her would you like to bet on it? She said yeah. She then said that it depended on what form of payment I was using, cash it shows up first, and credit debit it was different it does up after. She cancelled and re-inputted the sale and the fuel rewards showed up, i swiped my rewards card, then tapped my credit card. I told her I would be back as she was being argumentative. I stepped out filled up to $30 and came back in. To prove to her that she was wrong by next paying with my debit card. She then continually skipped the rewards screen so that I would scan my debit card twice with voided transactions because she refused to accept that she made a mistake and that she was wrong. Pride is a difficult thing to swallow back. And it was this employees pride, combined with her blatant disregard for customer service, and obvious distraction by the phone call she was on, that caused this situation to get out of hand and escalate. At this point she then refused to serve me and that I was not welcome here. I asked politely for the owners phone number to which she laughed at me and said there's no way I would give you that information or the manager. I then requested the managers number, she again refused and said the only number you can have is the one on the window. I asked her to please write it down as I didn't have a pen. She again refused and said I could call tomorrow morning, don't bother calling tonight because it'll just be me picking up and I'll just hang up. So I will be calling tomorrow. I have my receipts in hand and a photo of your store phone number address that was on the window as well as a photo of the employee which I will upload here. If anyone has to deal with this employee, do not take rudeness as customer service. Because, it is not. True customer service comes with a smile. Especially if your dealing with a polite and courteous customer.

On 9/7/22 1:36pm the worker the Mexican guy with his fake jewelry was not being helpful was waiting to put gas but Ignored me when I was standing right infront of him wanted to buy a scratcher as well but told me to wait in a rude manner it's not my fault you work at a gas sation buddy he needs to be fired his customer service was the worst!

Price on sign does not match pump. Attendant on phone ignoring customers in Wednesday 8/17/22 at 5:30. Asking customers to go out and fix pumps when they don't work. Terrible service. Attendant was argumentative.

Employee had me waiting at the register for 10 minutes. While she was in the back of the store on her phone yelling at somebody me and the other customer that was patiently waiting when she came out after numerous call she gave us both a dirty look unacceptable...

i've visited this gas station plenty of times over the years and haven't ever really had any problems. the team members have been nice people for the most part and the location is easy to get to when coming off the freeway. i visit this location as i feel their price is competitive and cheaper than other gas stations in the nearby area.

This place has the most worst customer service. The try to explain to them that the car wash in front of me back up to my car wash and taken my wash but the lady at the desk responded that I had an attitude when in fact, the other party was giving her crap. I requested for a manager, but was told, I'm not important enough for them to contact a manager. They refused to rectify the issue and said if I want a wash, I have to pay again. They stole my money and said I have to pay again for a service that was owed to me.

Don't bother to fill your propane tanks here. Their "partner" is always on break. This happens no matter what time of day, or what day of the week. Staff is very rude... save your time and spend an extra couple of dollars and just do an exchange at 711 next door. How they stay in business with the most expensive gas in town, no propane, and horible customer service is beyond me!
