I recently had the opportunity to speak with Sylvia at Puente Hills Toyota about my experience in trying to obtain more information about the second key fob for my RAV4 Prime. She listened thoughtfully and agreed that it should not have required a poor Yelp review to illicit a response. She agreed to check in with the receptionists who took my calls and left messages for my sales rep and the sales manager. She also planned to improve training so more of her team could be knowledgeable about the issues with the keys and how to respond to queries.

I had an amazing experience buying a used Honda Odyssey at Puente Hills Toyota. The car was extremely clean and well-maintained. Jason Lopez was fantastic and made the purchase process very easy. He did not try to upsell me on features I was not asking for, and the whole process was smooth and quick, taking less than 1 hour.

I took my 2008 Toyota Tacoma in for their $79.95 Synthetic Oil change and because I use Mobil1 instead of Toyota Oil it was $15 more even though the Mobil oil was less expensive than Toyota oil, I Googled it. Then, on top of that, I was charged an extra $3.11 for using my credit card. RIP OFF DEALER. I will be reporting this to BBB

If you're looking for a car, ask for JORGE Escalante!! He provides excellent service, from greeting you to thoroughly explaining how your car works after purchase. He has a great sense of humor and made the buying experience pleasant with his wealth of knowledge and laid-back attitude. Even though we had to wait several months for the car, he kept us updated. If you have an older client, he's very patient, especially regarding the new technology, which can be overwhelming for seniors. We appreciate the top-notch customer service here. Thank you!

I just want to thank Johnny Dang in the service department. He is extremely friendly, reliable, and gets the job done as quickly as possible. This dealership has so many things for a customer to see and ways for them to feel right at home it was the best time i have ever had at a dealership. They have a subway inside incase you get hungry or thirsty. They have a theater room with three levels for you to watch a movie while you wait. They have a car rental enterprise inside incase you need to rent a car. If i had a toyota i would definetly come to toyota of puente hills every time i needed service. Thank you Johnny for the wonderful experience.

I've been to a lot of dealers over the years for service, but this one is so far the best! They have a Subway inside, and a small theater. They don't always have a movie playing that you want to see of course, but I think you can request and change it. Either way those are too great additions that most dealers don't have to pass time when you're there waiting for a while for your vehicle to be serviced. So far the service has been great, other than the one time I had to tell the technician that brought my car out to put back the caps on my tires.

I went to purchase a 2006 corolla. it was in almost perfect condition. Antonio was extremely helpful and I test drove the car. I got approved and got a great deal. the whole process went smooth and the staff was friendly. I'm going to recommend them to my friends and family.

Tom and his team did a great job on the service they provided with options on getting my vehicle service. Yes you will pay just a bit more BUT you are getting, great service by quality parts, qualified technicians and backed by toyota. The wait time wasn’t too bad just make an appointment, I was surprised on the waiting area as well sub-way, small movie theater, and office desk for work or studying.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Puente Hills Toyota. I am an out of area customer and initiated the inquiry on line. Karina promptly responded to my request with a text and follow up call. She helped coordinate connecting me with a salesperson.Alex Lim was great and very professional. Not being able to view the vehicle in person, I was sent additional pictures from Alex. The transaction was very easy. Vehicle was in excellent condition and priced below other dealers in my area. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, nor were there additional add-ons like security stickers, lo-jack, etc.Alex helped coordinate the shipping with my transportation carrier. He kept me up to date with the progress of the loan and vehicle transfer.I'd highly recommend Puente Hills Toyota and would buy another vehicle from Alex.

Great experience, super fast. Only took 30 min to get my car checked and I also go a free cookie. Viri was nice and had a wonderful conversation with a gentleman before I left about his face mask.

This is my second time here, the first time the service was ok, well, they didn't top off fluids as mentioned in the workorder, so I found myself driving back because they didn't do their job the first time. This was my detailed morning with Puente Hills ToyotaArrived at 830am, Tom Anderson was my service provider this time around... waited for him to finish with a customer but was quick to get my paper work done and said my car should be ready at 10am. Toyota has a link that they send you where you can see your car status, it's now 1030 am and its still sitting on "inspection". I sent a message to Tom at 945 requesting he reconfirm what time the car will be done but he has yet to respond. Finally got a call at 1045am... the recommendations were of course a list of things, don't we all get that? But I did notice a requested of air filters to be changed and I thought that was a bit odd since I've changed the filters myself many times. Last time they didn't mention anything and this time they did? I got a video stating they prefer Toyota Oem parts but guess who makes those parts? Denso, not Toyota sounds like 3rd party to me. Check out the photo's you can get them on their website for $10.41 fraction of the cost, which only takes 5 mins to change but they want to charge $110 for cabin, engine and labor. Doesn't sound right to me... anyways I was reluctant on fluid top off because I assumed all fluid top off, right? Well, no, dealerships will not top off the coolant nor the break fluid. FYI... Thanks for all the info Mel (Foreman) I've come to the conclusion that you should schedule an appointment every time you need to get anything done at the dealership or expect to wait 3+ hours. Since technically I didn't leave till about 1120amAside from the great customer service I got from Tom and Mel here is why they are missing a star. 1. Longer than expected wait time 2. App wasn't working on my phone3. %3 fee if you are using a credit card 4. Was initially taken to Tom who was with a customer and I had to wait while other Advisors were around on their computer, eating breakfast, chatting it up!

They excel in providing top-notch customer service, treating their customers with care and honesty, which sets them apart from other Toyota dealerships that seem solely interested in making a sale.At times, I was on the verge of giving up on finding a car that fits my budget, as I had encountered several salespeople who tried to pressure me into making a purchase, claiming that I wouldn't find a better deal elsewhere. In contrast, my experience at Puente Hills Toyota was refreshingly welcoming and professional.Erik, the salesperson at Puente Hills Toyota, deserves special mention for his exceptional service. Randy Castillo is one of the best employee of Toyota Puente hills, he is so courteous and helpful in all matters ! He’s for sure one of the assets of Toyota company. Keep up the good work for sure I will comeback for Toyota regular maintenance.
